I plan to drive from NYC, NY to Sacramento, CA in a couple of weeks, but I want to make the most of it and stop at national parks, interesting places, etc. Does anyone have any tips? I recognize that this could be the only chance I get to do this. I may be able to give myself 15 days or so for this...

The one place I definitely want to see it the Grand Canyon. So, I think going that way may be better than to go through the northern states.

Also, I'd appreciate any tips on the general trip (other than stops)

Want to use the scanner to send emails right from the machine(preferably using sbcglobal account).

How would I do this? SMTP Gateway says 0.0.0.0 right now. Same for LDAP Gateway.

I was just looking at different dictionaries and I cannot find the word "unmute"...so, are we talking incorrectly when we say we want to "unmute" the TV, phone, etc?

What would you recommend? I would like it to be as complete as possible and also to not look like it will break in a minute (not looking for cheap stuff). It would be great if it had a snake flashlight that can be reliable.

I am looking to get a pair of portable loudspeakers to be used for presentations (20 to 40 ppl in a medium sized room). As you can imagine, a group this large will have added noise on top of the presenter's comments so I am looking for the best loudspeakers that I could find. No subwoofer needed.

I am thinking of getting the ATT Uverse bundle (already have ATT Phone and internet) but I was wondering if the TV service for Uverse is via a satellite dish...or how does it work and is it worth it...I live in CT.

I am looking for a word that would identify someone as having taken too long to decide on something...like joining a sport/club/organization....something funny, witty, non-insulting tho (eeerrr maybe a lil-insulting will be acceptable).

If a person purchases a Dell computer in the US as gift for a friend in England (London), will it come ready to be used or do special electricity adapters/connectors from Dell need to be ordered with the computer? any other barriers/issues/comments that should be looked at before purchasing the computer from Dell?

I just graduated with a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems and I am thinking of going back to school for a second bachelor's degree in Finance(would be 25-26 when receiving 2nd degree). and later in life---maybe when I'm 28 or 29 go back to school for an MBA.

I was looking to book an international flight and I noticed that there is an economy ticket at around $460 but it said "with restrictions" and then there was another economy ticket (same itinerary, same flight even!) at $1760 this time it said "without restrictions"..what's the main difference?

So i got a speeding ticket back in October '06. (Pleaded not guilty)

I went for a hearing in April '07 and still said not guilty---got a Court Date.

Now I got a call from the Court House saying that the officer cannot make it to court the day I am supposed to go in, and that I should tell them when I can go in...if I don't then they will assign a new date---something that works best for THEM...

what should I do???

so the weirdest thing happened to my laptop last night ---

Last I knew before that happened I rejected a cookie (don't remember what it was but I knew it wasn't something I wanted on my laptop)...then when i tried to open internet explorer from quick launch i would get IE properties...all the other quick launch programs would do the same with their respective properties window...

I was able to get to the task manager and killed all the processes that were not familiar and that entire problem went away. I ran my anti virus program and it didn't find anything (nada---zero!) so I am still unsure of what happened!

I mean talking about a textbook that would explain basic techniques to consulting(Business consulting).

I want to redirect emails from a specific sender to a non-yahoo email account as soon as they enter my yahoo email account...is there a way to create a rule that will do this?

I use Outlook and when I receive emails that have external links in them they open up "my documents" instead of the actual link----this is not just one e-mail but any email that comes in from everyone.....any suggestions as to how to approach the problem???

I once saw this set of books--I believe over 10 in the set-- and I picked up one of them and it talked about a NASA astronaut in the year 3000-something who travels back in time and because of all his knowledge of the future becomes a profet, and from "birth" thought of as the son of God---he is supposedly the one we all know as Jesus Christ.

I have not been able to find the name of those books----I had written it down but I lost the information. Cannot go back to the store where I saw it because it was not in the US. [it was translated from english though].
