Ok, I received a bassinet years ago when I had my first child and now that I am pregnant with my second I pulled out the bassinet to set it up in the nursery HOWEVER I found out that it was recalled in 2008 :(

It is a Simplicity Graco bassinet model #3011 WHE

All the recall websites say that Walmart, Target, Baby's R Us and many other retailers will take it back for store credit or full refund YET I took it to Walmart & Target & Baby's R Us and I got NO help at all. They all say that since I don't have a receipt nor the box and handbooks that they are not able to find their stores specific model number and can not take it back!!!!!!!!

Please Help! I don't know what to do and it's very frustrating that no one will help me and I need a bassinet now since I'm already 6 months pregnant and the new baby will be here SOON!!!

My marriage is drowning. We've known each other for about 5 years and have been married for 2 1/2 years. We have a 4 year old baby girl and another on the way, due on Thanksgiving. We have had countless separations and this time has hit harder then all the rest. He says he's given up and is tired of our arguments and separations and to be honest so am I!! I love him deeply and I know he loves me but we disagree about everything and can't seem to communicate for nothing! It's beyond tiring and frustrating, but why do I feel as if a divorce is out of the question? Why do I still believe we can and will find a way to save our family? Am I crazy for feeling I shouldn't give up and I should wait for him to realize the same?

My 3 yr old daughter has gotten into a habit to where when she eats, she takes bites & holds the food in her mouth (like a hamster) & when I tell her to swallow she says she did but she only swallows her saliva... She will hold it in her cheeks for a really long time without swallowing it..What can I do to get her to eat & swallow right???

I am trying to find info on scooters, I am in the dallas tx area and I dont know where to find one because they are not popular over here at all.

I also want to know what price they range in... I think I would need a 2 seater, and over 150cc...Im kinda into the Vespa styles.... Can Anybody Help Me???

My marriage is failing and ive done everything to try and save it and now i dont know what to do.... Since our marriage began 1 year ago we have dealt with verbal, emotional, and physical abuse but all of this started because he doesnt trust me. I have never done anything untrustworthy, however he has, but ive forgiven him time and time again knowing that I have never been unfaithful and I am crazy in love with him. I know we are crazy about each other and would do anything to make each other happy but its getting to the point to where we both want to give up. No matter what i do or say he thinks its all jus a bunch of crap and consistantly gets angry and upset for unnecessary reasons. Ive tried talking to him but it doesnt seem to work it only gets worse....I dont know what to do anymore.....
