Okay so there is this girl I have known for a couple of months now (17 years old btw) She is currently dating someone which makes me happy for her, but I care about her so much. I guess all I really care about it her being happy, but I can't shake the feeling that I just wish it was me instead. We talk a lot, constantly texting, we've gone bowling, and hanged out at a convention. I'm not sure how her boyfriend feels about it. He's a nice guy, but I honestly just don't want to get too friendly with him. I've had some people tell me to wait and some tell me to be assertive and tell her I like her. I don't know if that would just make our friendship awkward or if she has just been waiting for me to tell her? I can't tell if she likes me too. Help?

Today it was over 90F here so I guess he decided to go swimming for a lil bit. 5 mins ago I went out and called to him, but nothing, not even moving. I believe he decided to take a nap cause he's tired of swimming. Should I let him sleep a lil bit more or should I wake him up? He hasn't eaten all day, but he looks so cute sleeping outside in the pool!
