I am senior person with fine health, positive mind and ready to help if some one wants from my experience. I believe that all religions are best. Take what you like and practice without delay. Do not change your path, menthod or goal. First get convinced and practice. With psycho anlytical mind, filled with spiritual ideas, I always talk about ultimate positives, may be romantically. I always take sex as postive and creative energy gifted by God which must be used for betterment or spiritual upliftment. Here all Females play very important part, if they are treated on equal level. So Females should be loved with purity and respected and women also should reciporace properly. I believe that at senior age or at any age, one's openess and frankness like child, is very helpful to remain happy. 'No self cheating' shopuld be our Mantra.
