I m Singaporean, Pakistani, Indian, and Chinese. Technically I m full Asian, but I ve identified as mixed race my whole life. Am I mixed or just Asian?

I ordered something on Ebay and 5min later I clicked cancel order. It said it couldn't cancel because the shipper shipped it already. The shipper later messaged me saying he marked it as shipped but sent a full refund to me.

On my bank account activity it says that the transaction is still pending.

I tried talking to the shipper but I can't understand their English well.

What should I do? Has this happened to anyone else? Do you think I'll get my money back?

PS the shipper has thousands of good reviews and only 11 negative ones
