I m Singaporean, Pakistani, Indian, and Chinese. Technically I m full Asian, but I ve identified as mixed race my whole life. Am I mixed or just Asian?

Yes you are mixed race.
Asian is not a race. People typically use the word Asian in reference to just East Asian people, but that's wrong.
There is more than one race native to Asia.
You are mixed race (Indian/Desi and East Asian).

You're mixed, but on official forms I would just put Asian because their definition of mixed is two different of the enumerated categories i.e. White and Asian, Black and Hispanic, Native and Asian, etc.

Singapore is multiracial - mainly Malay, Chinese and Indian. And yes, you're mixed.

"Asian" as a race means "Chinese and such," what used to be called "Oriental" before that word became impolite, in case you haven't figured it out yet.
