How to get refunded on eBay?
I ordered something on Ebay and 5min later I clicked cancel order. It said it couldn't cancel because the shipper shipped it already. The shipper later messaged me saying he marked it as shipped but sent a full refund to me.
On my bank account activity it says that the transaction is still pending.
I tried talking to the shipper but I can't understand their English well.
What should I do? Has this happened to anyone else? Do you think I'll get my money back?
PS the shipper has thousands of good reviews and only 11 negative ones

It can take 3-4 days for the pending transaction to fall off. If it doesn't and you don't see a refund on your next statement then you can dispute it with your card company- be sure to save your communications with him as proof.

The shipper did not actually ship the item, just processed your payment and made a shipping label, so he refunded your money to Paypal. It does not go into your bank. I dont understand your problem. Did you check your Paypal account to look for a refund?

Did you pay them or just click buy?If you paid through PayPal you can open a claim on the PayPal site. Otherwise you can report a problem through eBay. If you log into the my eBay page and find the item, click the report a problem link and eBay can help you resolve this with the seller.
