I am leaving my current job for another. With this economy you never know what can happen. If I end up being laid off from this new company a few months later, will I be eligible for unemployment? Or would quiting my current job cause a problem?

I was recently laid off and have been receiving unemployment benefits here in Nevada the last few weeks. If I need to relocate to Washington State, will I still be able to collect benefits until I get a job there?

My niece just got a great new job today and they require a pre-employment drug test (hair sample-not urine). She smoked a little marijuana about a month ago and is concerened about it. Does she hav anything to worry about if she is not a regular user?

I am at work and do not have access to a box to look for myself.

Lately, I have had several dreams that start out very peaceful and relaxed but then all of a sudden a feeling of frustration over takes me and I end up beating the crap out of the person next to me. The person is unidentified.

Any thoughts?

I have a hard time understanding why it dosn't seem to be acceptable behavior for person past their 20's to do some of the following:

-Wish on a dendelion

-Get a piggy back ride

-Skip

-Have a water balloon fight

-Make out in a movie theater

-Run through the sprinklers

Shouldn't older people be able to enjoy some youthful things without being considered immature?

My morning started off on the wrong foot and unfortuately my day is getting progressively worse. I am irritated and frustrated by everything.

I have tried to change my energy and get myself out of this negative space but I am having a hard time.

Any suggestions?

If anyone has gone through the process of becoming pregnant from a sperm bank, can you please give me an idea of what is involved (other than choosing a donor) and how much the entire process cost roughly.
