Are there any brick and mortar stores that sell emf pendants?
There are numerous online outlets that sell them, but I prefer to get things offline when possible. Does anybody know which brands are best?

2 AnswersComputer Networking1 decade agoAm I making too big a deal about moving to another state for a job?
I've got a potential job opportunity in Illinois, but I am currently living in Michigan. I went to the interview and although the company seems okay (no worse or better than others that I've worked for) but I'm still really hesitant to take the job because it would require me to move. I've been getting some other potential jobs too from recruiters for similar pay and may be just as good, except they are in my own state, so they are a lot more appealing. But the Illinois job would supposedly be a real boost to my career (according to the recruiter). I don't have any family in Illinois and I'd be going all by myself and I don't see myself making too many friends over there either. I've lived in Michigan my whole short life. Am I just being too stubborn about moving?
1 AnswerOther - Careers & Employment1 decade agoDo people ever call you "Bryan"?
My name is Ryan but it has happened countless time in my life where when I meet people they think I said my name was "Bryan." It's not like I am mispronouncing my own name. Does this happen to anybody else?

Sounds like it was a concert to me. Nothing Earth-shattering. Did you go to Woodstock? Was it all that it's cracked up to be?
3 AnswersHistory1 decade agoDoes Google index entire sites?
My boss has a new website that is only partially indexed by Google. He wants the entire site to be indexed by Google. But I told him that because the site is still new and has no backlinks, Google won't index the whole thing. I've submitted sitemaps for the site many times. I don't know, maybe I'm wrong, is there some way to get Google to index an entire site?

Don't give me the page number, show me lines on which this appears. I'm having trouble finding it.
Here is a link to the bill:

I keep hearing sources that say your health care is rationed and then other sources say that it isn't. So like what's true?
10 AnswersGovernment1 decade agoWhat do you think of my poem? Beeeee honeeeest .....?
Snap!
Sleep the day and let it stay
But no one knows --
What do you do?
I don't want to spend and find
That lies are really true!
Because wouldn't the animosity climb
And hair fly in directions
When beauty is lost to the lies
And the kitten can no longer listen?
It's rage.
Where does she walk or purr?
How about if there is no way to purr
in peaceful prisms in which to play?
Where are we then?
What kind of fun says:
Stop that at once!
Do not think to bend
The rules or any other! We will not allow it because what we say
Is just what you do! And doesn't it just suck?
Too bad!?
And kittens lie in colored beds
And lie themselves to sleep,
But this one kitten lies awake
To those that listen well.
But aren't we tainted anyway
When we find
That kitten's breath will smell...?
I hate the end more than that kitten,
Who finds itself alone
And so alone,
Writing about nothing
And the images in its mind it bought
At a sport store with a credit card
And no one knows you're a kitty-cat
When you log onto the Internet.
Deuces wild,
pain may leave
People wild,
I cannot breathe!
Broken hearts mend
Snap! is how it sounds,
But it takes a while
Before they're back in bounds.
I try to find meaning
I try to find place.
But in my own mind I
Know it's all fake
When we sit here for an hour
and spill out our souls,
But what the hell's the point
When we're grumbling on goals
Of pieces of cherry jam,
Toast on a door,
Damn the *** that showed itself,
Damn the ugly poor!
Snap! We have no use for it,
What may be the reason?
Can we live alone for real --
Or find ourselves in treason?
What finds days in time with love
With very little haze?
What pacifist finds rage in self
While scarce come happy days?
Peace of mind, of will alone,
I must keep on my task.
What may I be doing wrong
In life, in pain, I ask?
Force me more, and I may break
Before I tell the time.
Here I give the gift of reason,
Yet you only pay a dine.
Care and care and hunting life
While we lost the feeling --
Feelings? What are these, my friend?
I do believe I'm dealing!
Drugs , may I ask?
Oh, yes of course!
What else may I be worth?
It represents all that I live for
By it, death and birth.
My friend, my friend
I know I can't
Tell you what to do
Or how to change
In any way
But what I tell is true:
I had once found some silver,
Silver on the floor,
I put the stuff deep in my pocket,
'N looked around for more.
I found some gold just lying there,
I looked around and grabbed it,
I found a whole big stash of coins,
I bounced off walls like rabbits!
Now, my friend, I realized
How stupid I'd become,
I found I had no single way
To take the stash and run!
So in the end, I left it all,
I'd lost what I'd become,
I felt so worthless, empty inside,
Like others have all the fun.
But later on that night,
I realized what was gold:
The fun I find inside myself,
That happiness is gold.
4 AnswersPoetry1 decade agoWhy aren't the health insurance companies competing?
I don't understand how these companies could be price gouging customers unless none of them are competing with each other. Doesn't competition naturally bring down prices in the capitalistic system? How is it that the prices are sky-rocketing then?
1 AnswerCorporations1 decade agoIs it easier to swim on your front or your back?
I'm learning how to swim and I am finding it much easier to kick and float on my back. I can do it on my front too, freestyle, but it's more tiring and I'm still learning how to do my breathing correctly.

5 AnswersOther - Destinations1 decade agoWhy are people more admired and respected after they die?
Isn't it strange that not but a week ago, nobody really thought anything special of Michael Jackson? He wasn't in the news, hadn't had a new album in nearly ten years, and wasn't performing anywhere, at least not to my knowledge. Now he's dead, and nobody can get enough of him. But I don't want this question to seem like it is an attack against MJ. He was a genuinely talented singer and dancer, and watching his videos on youtube is fun! Isnrecommend you do it yourself, and make sure to check out "Bad"! I originally was inspired to ask this question a few weeks ago when I thought of Kurt Cobain, and his now legendary status. But honestly, what do you guys think causes us to care about the people we know and love SO MUCH MORE when they have died?

3 AnswersPolls & Surveys1 decade agoAngry roommate: Did I do the right thing?
Today, my roommate was off of work, and spent the whole day chatting with his friends on yahoo messenger, I don't think he even left the house. I went to work at 9am and got off early at 2pm. So at about 7pm, he tells me that he is tired and is going to bed, and he wants me to go the market to pick up some food for him. I told him that I was busy and had other things I wanted to do (I wanted to go to a thrift store to buy some clothes before it closed and then afterward, I had a swimming lesson to get to) and that I was not going to pick up any food for him because I didn't really have the time and he had the entire day to do it himself. He didn't like that, not at all.
He has made these kind of requests before and I turn him down because I think it encourages him to be lazy and I feel like he takes advantage of people's generosity. So am I just being selfish? How would you have handled this situation?
7 AnswersFriends1 decade agoCan I use wine as a mouthwash?
Isn't it the alcohol in mouthwash that actually does the cleaning? So shouldn't that mean that anything that contains alcohol should help freshen your breath, including wine?
9 AnswersBeer, Wine & Spirits1 decade agoDo you think the "constitutional" party should replace the "republican" party?
The Republicans have clearly forgotten their traditional principles of limited government so why not scrap the whole party and start again with a party that can actually support what is at the heart of our political system. Forget about entangling alliances and policing the globe and tax cuts for people who don't need them. I know I'd vote for that!
Ron Paul!
9 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoWhy do people make anime music videos?
I don't get it. What's the point? All you're doing is taking two pieces of art, and clipping them together. Why not be more creative and make your own music or anime?
