  • What is the best neighborhood to live in around Columbus, Ohio?

My sister's husband is considering a job at the CDC in Columbus, Ohio. They have never been to Ohio so aren't sure where the best area for a family of four would be.

  • Should your amylase and lipase levels be elevated with chronic pancreatitis?

I have been diagnosed with ChronicPancreatitis since July 08. I went to IU medical center and they did surgery on the spincter of oddi. The xray showed that the stint passed normally and all was well but I still have really bad pain. Each time I go to the E.R. and they say that my amylase and lipase levels are normal. I don't understand this. Why am I in so much pain? Is this normal or is the diagnosis wrong? I take all my meds regularly like they said and I still hurt, not all the time but way often enough.

  • Can you be held on capital murder charges based on the word of an imformant?

The imformant has cofessed to the murder and has been charged but has no bond. He implicates you, but you had nothing to do with it. Can police still hold you, even on a bond? The imformant is still implicating you. The bond is set at $250,000 for you.

  • Can diverticulitis cause pancreatitis?

I have been having acute bouts of pancreatitis for quite some time now. I recently started seeing a digestive specialist for it. He has given me no answer as to why I keep getting pancreatitis but assures me that it's not my gall bladder. I have had a cat scan(with and without contrast), a MRI, EDG with CCK, and my labs always show high pancreatic enzymes. Last week the doctor told me that I have diverticulitis, and he said I was very young to have it so hesaid it could be Crohn's disease or autoimmune. Now he wants to do a colonoscopy and an EUS. Has anyone ever had this problem?

  • Problems with hubby's ex!!?

I have a step-son and his mother is very difficult to deal with. For the first 2 years my husband and I were together, she basically stalked him. She called him non-stop on his cell phone and called our house anywhere from20-50 times a day starting and 6a.m. and she wouldn't quit until 11p.m. She drove us nuts!! It's been 5 yrs now and she has finally quit and moved on with her life, however, she isn't a very good mother. She won't even help us teach him how to tie his shoes. He is 9 years old, and we only have him every other weekend so we work with him on things he needs to be able to do everytime he is here. By the time he comes back to us, he has already forgotten what we've showed him. He can't even ride a bike, not even with training wheels. He failed the first grade. He is in the second grade now and can't read very well or write. We don't know what to do either. Our lawyer told us that unless the state can find her unfit, then there's pretty much nothing we can do. I know she
