Found a simple script for creating a cycling banner but images do not fade into one another

How can i tweak the below code to change the opacity of the images for about a half second

so that they fade into each other

I normally don't use IE but lately it has not been displaying the images on any site that I visit. Not having this problem w/other browsers. Have lowered security setting but it doesn't help. Does anybody know what might be causing this and how to fix it?

Last week Google cached our site on Feb 9, 2009.

Today, their cached date is Feb 2, 2009.

The page that they now index is obsolete.

How can this happen?

Last week Google's cache info claimed they took a snapshot of our site on 9 Feb; today they're claiming a date of 2 Feb.

Not only are they going back in time but we also fell a bit in their listings.

How could this happen?

I'm receiving a warning from Google web crawl that some of our pages are not being found (404's). These pages haven't existed for almost a year.

I've resubmitted our site and sitemap.txt.

How can I get Google to remove these non-existent pages from their index?

Recently purchased CS4 premium suite.

I was told that Image Ready is no longer

a seperarte program and is now accessed thru Photoshop.

Does anybody know if this is true; if so
