I am looking for a device that you can just put on your wrists (like a bracelet) that monitors the activities burned etc. by measuring your rate? I have a polar watch but it requires a strap on heart rate monitor band around the chest and that's not convenient for everyday. Any recommendations? Thanks.

I think that globalization is good because it allows a chance for developing countries to raise their living standards. I know all the bad things such as exploitation of lack of environmental regulation in developing countries etc.but i think the first outweighs that. What do you think

there is a room and there are three light switches that control the three lights in that room. You are only allowed to enter the room once and must figure out which switch belongs to which light. You ca press the light switch buttons as much as u want but go to the room only once. The light switches are on one panel, one after the other and the lights in the room are in a line one after the other.

and he was tryin to sell a product....but he was a liar, wasn't really from microsoft. made this person get on a site which enabled him to get full access to her computer and do whatever he wanted..thing is he downloaded a whole lot of files on her computer and told her she had a virus when she refused to buy the product.. then hung up. Thing is how does she know whether he has logged of her computer or if he still has access to it..

how much will i lose? sorry i was reading this question and people were saying that she'd lose nothing because she is burning the same amount she is eating.. but what about the basal metabolic rate etc? doesn't that count for anything? so say her body needs 2000 calories to maintain its weight..she's burning 800 calories right?

at the front my hair is falling out, and in bright light i look kind of bald at the front. My hair at the back is not thin though, its thick. It's not genetic because my mum and brothers have thick hair. Is it because i use to tightly tie my hair back and it strained the front? If so can it grow back or will it remain like that? I comb my hair when its wet, can this be a reason?

kk for english we r studying a module on the relationship between history and memory.. and the relationship between the two, then find a text and analyse how it represents both hsitory and memory and what does it say about the relationship..

if im writing a parapgraph on the fact that history is dependent on what facts, etc. a historian uses which results in the fact that one event can have several versions/perspectives...would it fit if in the same paragraph i wrote a couple of sentences how the author constantly makes references to how accurate his father's memory's are since it corresponds perfectly with one of the versions..and how memory is used to find the truth and to balance the any perspectives of history..if that makes sense..thanx
