I'm 19 and female.

This is sort of a weird question, but recently I took notice to how my hands are always strangely warm, and at times it gets uncomfortable. My feet does this as well, usually when I am up and walking around in the cold. It's nice not having cold ligaments (like my peers) but I never knew why I'm such a furnace (as my mom puts it). When they're warm, they look blotchy and red. The only times they are cold and pale is when I'm nervous or if I'm doing a task where the blood supply to my hands are limited, such as typing this post. At night when I try to sleep, my whole body gets warm (my face especially) and I have to turn a fan on. There's no fever or night sweats. I'm obviously not dealing with menopause

Google says it's either palmar erythema or erythromelalgia, however my blood tests always come back normal as well as my liver tests but on occasion my enzymes will be elevated. I'm not an alcoholic. My thyroid is good. No diabetes. I can literally recall a time in middle school where I was on the bus and my hands were so warm, so this isn't something new. I even remember my mom telling others that I am "hot blooded" or "warm bodied" or I'm "like a furnace". I wouldn't think this is erythromelalgia because they don't necessarily burn.. they just feel so warm. Is this some kind of normal anatomical thing? Heat intolerance maybe? 

19 and female. I've had it since I was a kid (more than a decade). You cannot see it when you look at it, only when you feel it. The overlying skin sort of changed to a darker hue, which I'm gonna ask my doctor about next time I go, but could this be some kind of dermatofibroma or cyst by the description? It's definitely not a mole because it's under my skin. Just the slight color change caught my eye and was wondering what this oddity could be... 

19, female. Only take tylenol.

Back in September I noticed some petechiae on my legs. It was there for about a week before I googled what it could be. Immediately I went to go get a blood test done, and my doctor did the blanch test and everything. Anyways, 5 minutes later I got my results back and everything was normal. After about a week, the petechiae didn't fade so I went back for another CBC w/ diff and liver function, and that came back normal too. My platelets were 299 thousand, and I know that petechiae affects platelets.Anyways, I'm really reassured that I had two normal blood tests, which rule out all the serious stuff. If it were sepsis or meningitis I'd be dead by now. The petechiae came back and I'm really unsure about this now... there's a small patch on my chest, but I was scratching my chest the day before so I don't know. However, I don't scratch my legs, yet they're still there. Should I possibly look into a platelet function disorder in the future? Like von Willebrand's? My mom and I get small random bruises sometimes and we both have heavy periods. But I'm not really sure at this point on what to do. My doctor knows I have bad health anxiety, but petechiae obviously isn't a symptom of health anxiety lol. I've been stressed about this for a week now and was told another CBC isn't gonna get me anywhere because it was already normal when the petechiae first showed up. Any advice?
