small, mobile, oval-shaped lump under the skin on my arm (not armpit)?

Question

19 and female. I've had it since I was a kid (more than a decade). You cannot see it when you look at it, only when you feel it. The overlying skin sort of changed to a darker hue, which I'm gonna ask my doctor about next time I go, but could this be some kind of dermatofibroma or cyst by the description? It's definitely not a mole because it's under my skin. Just the slight color change caught my eye and was wondering what this oddity could be...

Edit: thanks for the answers. Wasn't too sure if it was a lipoma because it's not raised but I'm not complaining haha.

doctor said it is a dermatofibroma

If you have had it for a decade it’s defiantly not anything serious. 
I think it’s a lipoma. Those are very common in the arm.

I think it is a fat deposit. Fat lumps can form under skin. Sometimes they stay the same size, sometimes they can grow. These deposits have no I'll effects on your body they just look a little weird.
