  • Racist attacks on public transport continue in Australia. What would you do if you were a witness ?

Verbal attacks on Asian people have been highlighted recently. Are bystanders obliged to intervene to stop this from happening?

  • Can the Brisbane Broncos go all the way this year?

How does a Broncos v Storm Grand Final sound to you Sydney fans after another loss in the State of Origin?

  • Why is the government spending $50 million updating the SCG?

When there is so much to be done on health, transport, infrastructure, homelessness they dish out the exhorbitant amount so customers will have a more comfortable seat to sit on maybe 6 times in a year. Meanwhile people are dying daily on the Pacific highway. It's a disgrace

  • Was Meatloaf suffering from samonella?

What a joke the AFL pre game entertainment was. The NRL had it all over the mexicans with Kelly Clarkson and Eskimo Joe. Perhaps a resurrected Michael Jackson next year for the AFL? Couldn't be any worse

  • As an Australian if I go for the Warriors am I being unpatriotic?

Or is hoping that Warriors win just a case of having good taste? I am going to the game so should I take ear muffs to block out the sounds from bogan Manly supporters?

  • Is the Grand Final a coup for the NRL?

The possibility of an out of town final has been averted. With the Warriors there it will divert attention from the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand and provide big ratings. The Broncos Manly game transpired just as I predicted. A lopsided early penalty count to Manly for pedantic reasons gave then the momentum to win. Did they really need that leg up as much as I hate to admit it they played very well but the referee decided the winner of that game. The video referee only called on to check on possible Bronco tries as against immediate awarding of Manly without any checking

  • Who schedules the Finals?

The Warriors played on Friday night and have 8 days to recover before playing the Storm on Saturday. The Broncos played Saturday night and back up six days later on Friday night. Where is the commonsense in this when the NRL could have switched the games around so that both teams had seven days recovery time. But then it's those turkeys at the NRL running things

  • Should Hornby have been sin binned?

He was obviously given the job by the coach to block Yow Yeh from taking high kicks and was being successful until the referees finally woke up to the tactic.

  • Why won't Manly supporters travel?

That pathetic crowd of around 13,000 shows just how lacking in commitment their supporters really are. The system of the finals was fully endorsed by ALL 16 clubs last year so let's stop hearing all this whingeing about not playing the game at Brookvale. They had the advantage of about 95% of the people at the SFS supporting them. Don't they know there is a ferry that crosses the harbour? Will they bother going to ANZ if they make the GF or do they want that at Brookvale as well?

  • Why do the Saturday finals go back to back?

I live in Sydney and want to watch the Broncos play the Warriors on TV and then go to watch the Cowboys play the Sea Eagles at the SFS. How do I manage to do both because as soon as one game finishes the late game starts. Is this another example of dumb scheduling by the NRL. The early game could have been played at 4 pm to enable Sydney people to get to the later game. Thoughts?

  • Has Gasnier's retirement contributed to Dragons loss of form?

He was controversially signed late season and had his contract back dated and to accomodate him a few players had to be let go. Also do you think Soward is fully fit?

  • Can the Parramatta coach survive?

After that disgraceful performance against South Sydney it would seem the Eels are in real trouble. Chris Sandow is just one player and I find it hard to believe that he can turn things around on his own. I wonder if he is regretting his move there next season

  • Is the multi million dollar new NRL headquarters warranted?

As Gould said in his column today why is the NRL spending so much money on a palatial headquarters at Moore Park when the AFL is spending heaps to foster their game in the West of Sydney. Administrators don't deserve a higher priority than investment in the grassroots of the game. What is the general consensus of this type of waste of resources?

  • Are the Brisbane Broncos the real thing for 2011?

Now that they have got through the Origin period relatively unscathed and seem to be back to their best against the Titans, barring injuries they seem to have the perfect combination of youth and experience as well as a rookie coach that seems to know what he is doing

  • Who is excited about the AFL International Cup?

Can't wait to see who will win. Switzerland v China in the final would be a great result and truly show the new found legitimacy of the Australian brand of football. Is there a market on Cup and is it true the Australian team will come from the Coburg under 10's?

  • How long will Karmichael Hunt stay in the AFL?

Dropped to play in the reserves this million dollar recruit from the NRL hardly seems to be value for money. If he can't make first grade in a basket case team like the Gold Coast Suns how can it be described other than a desperate attempt by the A(W)FL to get some interest back in the code in Queensland and NSW where attendances are falling and television ratings nationally are below those of the NRL

  • Is anyone surprised Ricky Stuart is complaining again?

The referees cost him a win if you believe his bellyaching. Why doesn't he look at his ineffective front row statistics and address that problem.I notice he didn't mention the Ennis stomping on Cooper C ronk issue at all

  • Is Ricky Stuart kidding and if so Who?

A miserable completion and error rate, average performances by Soward (completely out of his depth along with Morris (what was he thinking when Yow Yeh scored) and Gasnier sealed NSW fate. The score flattered them and if they had won it would have been a miracle. As for Gallen complaining about the referee, that was laughable.

  • Are St George playing by the rules of Rugby Union or Rugby League?

The first so called try against the Bulldogs was an absolute disgrace. I can see why punters are being put off betting on League matches with decisions like that.

  • Is Chris Sandow worth $550,000 a year?

I love watching him play as he is a real personality of the game but if the Eels paid what was reported it seems to be way over the top. Good luck to him he is an inspiration for indigenous kids around the country
