*spoiler* I don't remember if i saw it on Lifetime or not, it's been a long time. All i remember is when i saw it, the father was gambling inside a motel room with some fiends and his wife and baby where in the next room. He asked her for more money and then she cries and says she doesn't have any. He beats her on the bed and goes back to the other room. She eventually runs away with her baby and stays at a friends house i think? then of course he ends up following them. I don't remember much but at the end he finds where she's stays at and jumps on here and stabs her in the back with a small knife and i think in her shoulder also. A cop pulls by but it's too late. She does not die, she ends up in the court room afterwards and he gets put in jail. Anyone know? And I pretty sure it's not the j-lo movie

Am I the only one that thinks this? I mean I enjoy playing the game, but I have no clue about the Yakuza. Well I know the leader is the Oyabun, they have been around since the Edo time period, and the Yakuza believe in a strict code more so than the Samurai's Bushido in a way, cutting off fingers and presenting it to higher ups if done something bad or dishonorable. And some other things, but all in all that's pretty much all I know about the Yakuza. I get confused when they show their ranks and stuff like that, lots of characters too, it's pretty much kinda overwhelming. I only want to play it because it seems interesting and similar to Shenmue in some cases. Did anyone feel the same way? oh and I'm playing the first game for the PS2. How long is the first one? want to make my way up to 4. Thanks

Is it true that FF7 was a turning point and somewhat of an influence on how rpg's are to this day? if that makes sense..I mean the game got me interested in playing rpg/jrpg games. And I know alot of people feel the same way too. I know the game is overly hyped and overrated. But it was the first FF to be in 3d. I never played FF6 but i heard the story is great, but 7 had a really good story on it's own. So why do people say it changed how rpg's are today?

I want to get into Dungeons and Dragons, I never played it before but I use to hang out with friends that played it, but i just watched for a bit. They played with the 3rd edition rules, I'm thinking of either picking up the original ad&d rule book, ad&d 2nd edition, or just the 3rd edition. Which one would be a good choice? I heard the 3rd ed. is kind of complicated. And whats the difference between the original advance d&d and the ad&d 2nd? Thanks!

All I remember was the beginning, two people a man and a woman are inside an office room and he reaches for her leg while she is using the calculator i think. Another scene she meets him in the office room and she drops his books/papers and they start kissing. Eventually she tells him she's pregnant. I wanted to know what happens later on. Do they both have families and are hiding all this.. Thanx

People I know always bring up classics like Xenogears, FF7, Golden Sun 1&2, Chrono Trigger etc. to name a few even stuff like Suikoden and the Shin Migami series are all pretty impressive. But even though RG has a weak story and some of the things you can do in the game are confusing, it can be much deeper I think. I don't know, it just feels like a "lost gem" around here at least. I never finished the game, maybe got halfway, I'm sure the story get's more hard core later on..

I have it pre ordered and debating whether I should pick it up on Fri when it comes out in the US. Should I fork over the $50? I mean the game looks amazing from the videos I've seen though. I still want it but I was thinking of getting it later on when it's like $20 and under. Will the game be so rare that you wouldn't be able to find it years from now and it would cost a lot online lol or will it seem like Symphonia on the cube as it will be not known to the much of the general public. Should I just pick it up before it's too late? lol can't decide !!!

I'm 23 yrs old, I have a job, I'm a student and I love to go out when I can. Recently I found an old box/binder full of my Pokemon cards I collected when I was younger. I never played the game though. After seeing how the game is on youtube, I decided I want to give it a try. But I only want to play with the first generation of cards..blue/red, gold/silver. Is it normal for an adult to be playing this? lol I was at first thinking of selling them or giving them away. But I think that this game, though it's for kids, can be deep and strategic in a sense just like Magic is. I'm not gonna lie, I was a Poke maniac back in the day but efff anything past 151, sry.

Today i bought a supposed brand new Wii game at Gamestop, it was sealed and I know that if i want to return it i cant open or break the seal. I opened it when i got home and checked the cd. The disc had some smudges and a few tiny scratches on the sides. I hate it when Gamestop opens up new games to take out the cd and sell you them at full price. Well this one was new but it was cheaper than it being online. (Arc Rise Fantasia, kind of an old game) But It was new nonetheless. I want to know if i can return it already open and exchange it for another new copy? and since they open their new games i want to ask if i can see the disc first.

Just wondering because I found the game for cheap and I never got around to playing it. Just wanted to know if its a good game. I know it revolves around a card system, and does it match up to Tales of Symphonia story wise? Like is it deap and compelling makes you want more? Haha just curious. How is the prequel as well, any good? Although I couldn't find a copy at a gamestore for that one.

Movies like Seven Samurai, Ran, Rashomon etc. and films like Onibaba, Zatoichi films, Lone Wolf and Cub, Lady Snowblood etc. Or does the majority love films from the western countries. I love those films, just thought that many Japanese people wouldy say ''meh their ok for classics...'' lol

My cousin told me that her best friend and her friends were playing with a weegee board one day at her friends' house. (my cousin wasn't there) nobody was home just my cousin's friend and her friends. The next day when she came home, a stuffed bear that she put away was on the floor facing the door infront of her. She thought it was a joke so she hid it, the next day the bear was in the same spot, on the floor facing the door infront of her. She would hide it so no one would know where it was and it would appear in the same area facing the door always. She eventually moved to another room in the house. And one day her niece came over, she was a little girl, one night around 2-3 in the morning she came to her room in the dark and asked to go to the room where the bear was and color with her...at 2-3 AM !! are you crazy...color !!...i thought she was possessed in a way, who knows. She just ignored her until she left. My cousins friend never told her neice about the wierd stuff happening in her room and about the weegee board, she was just a little girl at the time. Her parents and brother didn't believe her. I think they do now couse she cought something on tape my cousin told me. Now she lives with her uncle and refuse to live in that house. Her family are about to move i believe, not sure though. They say the weegee board is a gateway for spirits. When she played it no one was home except her friends. So im guessing its ghosts or demons...a gateway, maybe...aliens...

Just got into Samurai 7 and its pretty good. And wondering if there is other samurai/ninja anime out there based on Akira's films or any other film. Samurai 7 was a little different than 7 Samurai but it's still good. I Know of the anime Yojimbo but its not samurai :(

Im looking for a box set of lone wolf and cub films, or are they a series? and was wondering if shogun assassin is the same as lone wolf and cub. I know the manga but i wanna see the films. I've been thinking about getting the 5 dvd box set but i heard it was cut or edited. Is it worth it or should i get the single dvd box instead of each movie? thx

I want to buy the series or movies but not sure how they all go. i know of the lone wolf and cub manga but the films they also have shogun assassin, are they the same? and what box set should i get if i was kinda new to the films. i heard the 5 film box set is good but they cut things out.

I saw some episodes of YYH a long time ago when i was younger but didn't follow through with it for very long. (I was a DBZ fanboy) But I'm almost finished with the 3rd season of Hakusho and its a really cool anime. I heard the last season felt rushed to some fans and i would like to see more when the anime ends, so does the manga continue where the series left off or is the manga finished as well? also i heard Hunter Hunter is deep as well, is it worth a shot to read at watch? new series oct 2.

I'm talking about if i first start out in bootcamp. I'm kind of a hat person but i dont use it all the time. Also what's the dress code? thanks
