I am 75 with slightly enlarged prostate (30 gms) Post Void Residual Urine 71 ml with normal PSA. Urine culture and urine analysis is also normal. I have Urge Incontinence. I have been given 2 methods of treatment. (1) Xatral XL 10mg, Avodart 0.5 mg and Spasmolyt 20 mg. (2) Only CIALIS 5 mg (tadalafil).

Has any one experienced any benefit with Cialis only for the condition stated or is it advisable to use all 3 medicines described in (1). I shall be grateful for advice.

Doctor has given a combined therapy of cialis 5mg, vesicare 10 mg and Avodart once daily. But I still have frequency and urgency. Is this therapy appropriate for me? My prostate is only 23 gms and post void urine is 40 ml with normal PSA.

Before it was a minor leak I used to fill it up to replace but it seems now the leak has increased since I filled it up yesterday it has already leaked out today and the steering became noisy and hard.

My real problem is urgency and frequency of urine even during nights and often dribbling. Doctor says it is due to squeezed capacity of urinary bladder and weak sphincter muscles causing overflow incontinence. A Urologist has confirmed my enlarged prostate and suggests laser treatment, but I would prefer Alternative medicine such as Ayurveda or homeopathy.
