Public Side Walks Being Blocked....whats the law say?

My daughter and I started a wk ago video recording the turning leaves in fall

every day to be able to write in detail a 5 page school report on the time

span involved. We live on the block where we were recording.

That side of the street is best viewed for it's amount of trees.

On the 2nd day of our walk we were coming down the public

side walk when we encountered 2 dogs on cords that

were able to reach where we were walking.

Please is there any laws I need to know of that

would keep these dogs off the public side walk?

Also you can hear the names being yelling at us?

Dirty words from the owner because his dogs were

upset that we walked by.

Listen closely to about when I reach the red car.

His screams can be heard then. I do fear the dogs will bite

us on one of these walks.

This morning around 4:30am, My car horn was stuck on for a very long time.

Also the horn don't work. I opened the driver side door, and pounded the annoying horn that would not stop. one min. after I stopped pounding on the horn it stopped on its own.

So is this a car Alarm or the horn? what causes this to happen. It is a red Grand Am.

I didn't even know the car had an alarm and have owned it for three months.

What is the strangest thing ever said to you at a Walmart store?

By a worker or shopper....I know there are some pretty simple

minded people there so I am sure everyone has a Walmart story...

Even if it was just something you seen there that took you

by surprise.

How many people in this world who are mentally

challenged do you know by the name of

Eric Richard or Rose Ann? I know one of each.

Is this a common mishap? Or just my bad luck?

How sadly ill were the ones you knew?

Has anyone ever noticed how silly or strange people who push carts look.

I know they can't help it. There was an Eric at a local Walmart where

I lived, who pushed carts for 13 years before he was fired. No doubt

for his own good. If they weren't pushing carts what other job do

you think they could get? Cart Pushers or what?

Have you ever had a dream of a friend or family member who has

passed over, it felt so real you believed they were really talking

to you even after you woke? Then days or weeks later what they

said came true? It happens a lot to me.

Also do you ever have dreams where you think your awake,

just to find your still dreams, then you think you woke

and its still a dream. It's like dreams inside of dreams.

I wake up in my dreams so I think....just to find out

it's still just a dream. If you've done that....how many

time in a single dream did you believe you woke?

ok for the last couple of years this has been happening. She is 14 now...What she tells me is this: Whenever we are not together...she hears my voice....sometimes it's as simple as calling her name.

Of course it don't happen while in the same room together. It happens when she is upstairs and I am down, or while she's at grandma's house...whatever. Still, it drives her crazy because it sounds just like me. Do any of you hear the voice of a loved one when not together?
