Last two weeks, I get a tightness under my left side rib cage right after drinking coffee. Sodas and other caffeine drinks don't bother it, just coffee. It doesn't hurt, but it lasts two days. it just feels like a tight muscle. Never had this before. I am 46. Going to the bathroom and "pushing" makes me feel it more. Other than that, I can't get to it and have no other symptoms, allergies, or gastro problems.
What is this and why? I can find no other info on the net. Please do not put SEE A DOCTOR.
