i feel bad because it looks like my hamster has a tumor, a big ball under his stomach, and i only cleaned the cage every two weeks and sometimes every week

but i never really had the time to play with him and i let him in his ball occasionally like once every week or every two weeks

i always provided food every night and water

but i feel like i gave him a bad life and now i feel really bad because he might die soon

If I bring my iPhone to a foreign country, and it doesn't have a SIM card in it or with me, and use it as an iPod. It can't and won't charge for any roaming fees, correct? Because the SIM card isn't even in the phone. I'm pretty sure this is a dumb question, but I just want to make sure.
