Lipgloss Queen

I'm auditioning for a director I've worked with for over 7 years, and her audtions are very informal, but I'm still stuck on what to wear...we won't be dancing, but we'll be singing and reading. My outfit should be causal....any ideas regarding what's appropriate to wear?

P.S. (The show I'm auditioning for is set in 1940)...also I am a teenage girl going for a part that's generally played by someone a couple years old, any tips on how to appear a couple years older?

I feel sad/guilty. My birthday is on Friday and today my brother suddenly had to have his appendix taken out. So he'll be recovering from surgery for the next five days. I'm not sixteen yet, so I had plans for my mom to take me and my friends places for my birthday. But since my mom has to take care of my brother I had to cancel it. I'm kind of upset because my birthday got kind of ruined... I feel awful because it's not my brother's fault he had to get his appendix taken out, but I'm still kind of upset..does it make me an awful person because I'm upset, and sort of angry about it?

I know people who wear fake wedding rings to avoid getting judged by the cashier...so do you get embarrassed? Why or why not? Is there anything you do to avoid shame?

I'm curious...I know most girls are scared of going up to a guy, but are guys kinda scared to go up to girls too? Does asking someone out scare you? I'm a freshman in high school and I'm good friends with a junior in high school, and she invited me to her huge after homecoming party, I want to go because all the popular people will be there, and it would be awesome if I went. But there will most likely be drinking going on (illegally since we're in high school) and it's important to me not to drink because of multiple reasons, like college, my future, etc. I still want to go to the party, so I could go and not drink, but I'm afraid I'd be tempted, or I could just not go to the party...what's your advice and what do you think I should do?

Is it true that if a guy has big hands and feet or is a rather tall person they have big umm... 'equipment' ?

It's almost the end of our 8th grade year and my friend's eating disorder has been getting worse and worse. It started in the middle of last year when we were really close, I helped her then..it wasn't that bad. We grew apart a little because she became a different person, she wasn't intrested in anything but the way she looked. She had other friends too. It started out as aneroxia, but now it's bulimia and aneroxia, and I think she's depressed, because yesterday she sat by me in class and she was so pale and shaking, and I asked if she was okay and she could barely answer. She went home after that class. And today we found out she was in the hospital because she overdosed on benegral (she took like 15) because she said they were like anti-depressents. It's hard to be there for her when she wants you to be there, but when you try to help her she yells at you, or pushes you away. She doesn't look THAT aneroxic but her head is way to big for her body( because she has big bones, and stick thin just isn't something that her body can be) Any advice on what to do? Should I send a text, or card or something letting her know I'm thinking about her?

I'm 16 and it seems like all my friends are doing it with their boyfriends, and everyone else is just doing it. ...do guys even still like virgins? It's important for me to wait, but i'm just curious on what other people think. Thanks.

I've liked this guy for awhile, and he knows it, when I was younger I would obsess about him and be really crazy around him. I'm not like that anymore at all, and I haven't seen him in awhile. I want to get him to like me so I kind of have an idea..he's in a band, and my grade is having a big party at the end of the year, would it be too weird if we hired his band for the party? and if we do, any ideas on how to talk to him at the party?
