Understandably we wouldn't be thrown into the stone age, but eventually there wouldn't be power. I could see using creeks, lakes, and ponds to bathe in and get clean, but what would one do during the winter when the waters either freeze or get too cold. In the Colony I have seen them make a shower, in the event of a viral outbreak utilizing minerals to purify it. But back to the question, how would people get warm water for cleanliness during the winter?

So I'm in the Air Force and I've got a PT Test in two weeks right before I leave this place and head back for my stateside assignment. I did a mock one with flying colors, no problems besides getting sopping wet in the rain. However as of late my calf muscle has been sore even after a break for three days, my right shin will feel like I'm getting shin splints, and I've problems with my right heel. I don't want to be a wuss, rather say suck it up and go, but at the same time I don't want something to go wrong, I fail, and I'm stuck here unable to go home for leave enroute. Should I go to the doc and see about a waiver or something or suck it up.

I've always like movies like Red Dawn, and games like Wolfenstein: New Order, Freedom Fighters, and Homefront, but I find it hard to find good stories about scenarios like that. (Not Hunger Games, or Divergent)

Would you rather it be modern, futuristic, or space travel. (The aliens are hostile and am still working out the kinks).

I want something that has good mix of ground combat, drama, and the such. Don't care if its between humans, or humans and aliens.

I enjoy supernatural type stuff, but it seems every book is A. Romance, or B. Erotica. I just want one that mixes action, suspense, horror, and I wouldn't mind a little romance but not straight romance.

I'm a writer and I use word a lot. I have Word 2016 along with all the other programs installed on my computer. I don't use word online or any of that. I've seen where they say if you don't renew then you can't use the programs, but I'm still able too. I just get these stupid pops up about it. I don't use Microsoft Office Applications online and never have. Does this actually affect my programs I have installed on my desktop?

So I'm considering trying online dating, probably OkCupid, but I want some other peoples opinions on it. What do y'all think?

So I've pulled off the screen, camera, earpiece, and then we come to the problem. On the touch screen where you have the seven screws, two of them have been put in there so tight that they won't come out and have got stripped. Are there any solutions that could help me, with this crap because I really don't want to pay money to replace my phone after I just paid money on a screen replacement.

Well I've got an idea, but anytime I try to write it just doesn't agree with me. A character doesn't seem right, or that's not detailed enough, or it just isn't gonna work. What do y'all do to get over this?

My computer will stop typing all of a sudden both on the internet and other things like Word and will make a noise when it happens and your still typing. I'll have to click in order to get back again. i have windows 10.

So I'm not talking like we'll say a guy's name is Fredrick and people call him Fred, I'm talking like Max Rockatansky is called 'Mad' Max. Any ideas on how to come up with one?

So I'm in the military and am stationed overseas. The Chapel's Protestant service just do the same my Baptist service did for me. I feel as though it's the same every week. I started going to a church offbase, but right now I can't get to it. What are some alternatives that I can do?

I'm a casual PC gamer and normally play games like Skyrim and the Sims. I don't know a lot about computers and know nothing on what to improve on to make my gameplay much smoother. Skyrim's graphics right now can only take the lowest setting in graphics, which well sucks. Gameplay isn't as smooth as my last computer, an Acer Aspire. I've got a ASUS 1511 with Windows 10 because that was all I could afford. So what improvements should I make to have a great performing gaming laptop, or should I just go buy one for gaming?

So let's say there has been a nuclear war. How long would it take for radiation levels to return to non lethal and fallout to dissipate?
