Hi there I just purchased a Brita water bottle for my son to take to school. Just curious if I can put the water bottle and lid with the filter on the top shelf of the dishwasher? I read it is safe...but then read not to wash the filter. So do I hand wash the top part with the straw by hand? Any help is much appreciated

Ok so I'm about to start on my slow cooker tortilla soup. It needs to be ready by 2pm tomorrow. It is 10:30 now. Can I let the soup cook overnight on warm in the cooker and the chicken be fully cooked? I know I can cook it on low for 8-10 hrs but I don't want it to sit and get cold then reheat it etc. Or is it ok to let it cook on low up until 2? Thanks

Hey yall...quick question. I made an excellent chicken tortilla soup in my crock pot. It calls for 1 lb of chicken a can of rice and a can of diced tomatoes etc. Do you think a standard slow cooker pot could hold 2 of each of the items listed? Thank you so much for your help.

Hey yall. So I'm 8 wks along with my second baby. Yay! I have a 5 yr old and am still in my 30's. With my first, I worked full time and had no problem. With this one I am tired all the time. Fortunately I have not thrown up nor with my first..but definitely more nauseous. And my skin isn't glowing like with my son. Any tips on how to get through this with not having energy and just an overwhelming feeling of sick? Also I've had a headache the whole time. Found out I had a sinus infection so on antibiotics. Oh and did I mention I look like I'm 4 months instead of 8 weeks?

Hello mommies! I have just found out we are expecting again. My hubby and five year old are ecstatic!! But I have a couple questions. Is it normal for #2 to have a metallic smell sometimes? I realized prenatals may cause it but I have been taking them since last year. Yes we have been trying for a good minute. And has anyone had super itch skin? With a small rash on the tummy? So back last year I was diagnosed with Diverticulosis. It was found through a ct scan from a kidney stone. Well for the past 3 months when I go potty there has been bleeding. This week my tummy has been messed up and I bled off and on for 2 days. Did not have a movement yesterday and today finally when I did it bled a little. Is this normal? Ok I'm really trying to kick this nasty habit of smoking cigarettes. I do not smoke during the day but at night. Say after dinner or a glass of wine. And sometimes if I get stressed out I'll take a few puffs. A pack can last a week or more. But I feel I should stop. A few of my friends have the plastic cig looking things that blow out smoke. But I heard that is liquid nicotine so switching to that makes no sense. Any ideas? Or maybe what has worked for you? Thanks!!

Hey there. I have a dental bridge and noticed lately when I brush or eat sweets eat gets sensitive. It sounds like a cavity but just went to the dentist last week for my 6 month check up and cleaning. That included xrays which showed no cavities. Any ideas? Thanks

Hey there. I have a Saturn Vue 03 that crapped out on me. I was driving and my car just shut off out of nowhere. And now it will not start. The lights come on and the car sounds like it's going to start but does not. Went to Auto Zone and replaced the battery. Still won't start. We checked the fuses and belts. It's not the alternator. Potentially thinking it can be the crankshaft sensor. Any thoughts, please help
