Chevy Malibu 2008 low beam bulb went out so i replaced it, but still won't light on.?

I went through the pain of replacing the low beam light bulb and when I tested it the bulb it would not light on, what could be wrong? this car has had electrical issues and don't know what could be wrong.

Debating between a 240sx with automatic transmission or a stick shift Z31

On idle there is no noise, or at least not audible, but as I give it gas, I can hear a kind of loud fan or ventilator noise, I already replaced the fan clutch thinking it was bad, and it was fine for a few days but now the noise is back, any ideas?

On a 300ZX, what could be causing a kind of loud, fan or ventilator when i give it gas?

I just noticed that when I give it gas, the car makes a sound like a fan is spinning at the same revs as the engine, I am not sure if I am explaining it correctly, but any Ideas are welcome.

Bought a house almost 4 yrs ago $340,000, went into loan modification and I believe it was accepted, payment went from $2600 to $1600 and $1900 by the fifth year, the situation now is that the property is only worth about $130,000 so even though the payment is not too bad right now, we are more than $200,000 so it does not make sense as a good investment it will take us for ever to at least break even, We need some knowledgeable opinions before we decide what to do. Should we do a bankruptcy? and after that how long will it be before we can again buy a home for our family?

Already had it checked and it took a while for the auto technician, who is my friend, to find the problem, but he found the harmonic balancer to be the issue, and I need to know around how much it would be for the labor to replace it? or is it something that a person with the right tools and some instructions could do?

I turned the AC on and it only blows warm air, everything sounded ok, but when I went to check the unit outside, I found that even though it sounded like it was fine the actual fan was not spinning, what could it be? any idea? Thanks

It had been put away for some months, the last thing I did to it was to put some thermal compound on the mother board and now I put it to work, it was fine for a couple of hours and all of the sudden while downloading some software for a new cellphone it went off and has been trying to start and just as it goes on it goes down! On a '96 blazer, what would be an estimated cost to repair the seals? and also what are the seals?

A friend of mine has a '96 blazer and she says it starter making some weird noise, so she took it to a shop and she was told that the seals were bad and i guess they tried to explain but, she did not get it and I have no clue! It is the engine seals I believe the ones behind the engine, it was leaking something in between the engine and the cabin.
