I'm 17 years old and heavy metal has saved my life, I literally wanted to die, but bands like black sabbath, iron maiden, metallica, motorhead and dio saved me and got me through those bad times, I can literally feel the music when I listen to it, it's a better high than any alcohol, drug or girl I've even known, but why do certain (not all) Catholic groups, burn records and call these geniuses devil worshipers? That pisses me off, some of the lyrics may sound somewhat satanic at first, like iron maidens "the number of the beast" but that songs about a nightmare, not worshipping Satan, I'm not here to offend anyone and sorry if I somehow did, I just want to know from a Catholics point of view, why?

P.s. I do believe in God, I believe he made music like this to help people like me

It looks like a straight walk (almost) and I think its about 260 miles away...you would pass threw Belgium on the way which would be cool, 12 days of walking? And is a nice walk?

We fought you guys in ww1 and 2, but I do know that modern Germany is nothing like it was in 1945, I think its a cool place and I really want to go there some day...is German hard to learn if you speak English? Because I could take a course in collage, but when im most concerned about is if I will face any discrimination for being Canadian? I doubt it but I would still like to know :)

I love her more than Kurt kobain...and that's a compliment coming from me since he is my god haha...but legit, she's super religious...but she sees religion like a penis...its fine to have...there's a time and a place to have fun with it...just don't cram it down random people's thoughts...yet she's always telling me shes worried about "my soul"...and wants me to go to church and let Jesus in so we can "spend eternity together" and I'm like..."Wtf man?", she hates my brother cause he's gay and my friend bc he's jewish...but she's sooooo hot...like... I'm 15, I don't believe in God...my brother does not believe in god, my friends don't, every teen I know does not...I know most people think teens are stupid...but we are the future like it or not...my gf does, and trys to make me...I just don't care about all that stuff I'd rather spend my Sunday mornings burnt out or hungover than in church, and I know I'm not the only one

I was on my way home from...well just walking around at night cause that's my fav thing to do, and this 5.0 got up in my face, he tried speaking to me in japanese, but i had no ******* idea what he was saying because he was talking super fast, so that made him mad, then he was like "it past curfew". so i said "oh ya sorry bro im just on my way home", then he was like "take off your backpack" and he searched it, i had nothing in it that was illegal, like a sweater and a hat, then he threw it on the sidewalk...this is the part that i think set him off, after he emptied my bag and threw it on the sidewalk i said, "what the **** man?", he threatened to "arrest me and ****", like legit? it was 11;10 at night and i was 15 minutes from home, plus the same thing happened to my bro about a week ago, like curfew? you would have sworn to god this guy thought i had 20g's of coke on me

its sorta awks lol, feel like i got a giant bug on my face all the time haha, normally i just make faces at anyone who stares like the "tongue face"...if anyone knows what that means...not the kid tongue face the...ya lol its funny, oh and someone did recognize my team canada jersey so haha small victory, what i notice is that its mostly women, sometimes its a dude but he always says something like "kanata jin?" or any of those white country's, ppl are chill here tho i will give you that, but in all seriousness, why do people stare?

this heavy metal band that i love is touring in japan soon, i saw them for 27 bucks last year, its like 50 bucks here, pourqui? they are pretty underground too, there better be a sick mosh pit
