I work cashier at petco, and had my hand broken in a car accident a few days ago. I already worked one cashier shift without much problem. However my manager wanted to train me into aquatics soon, but now I cant til my cast is off (6-8 weeks at least) because I cant get it wet. I can see she's ticked off about it, even though the accident wasnt my fault. Could she actually fire me though? like I said I has an easy time with cashier.

I personally think I had a lucky draft, but go ahead and rate my team ;)

Lets make this short, my ex will not leave me alone period, all she's done peroid since I dumped her is harass me. I changed my number, and now she's harassing everyone who knows it trying to get it, even going as far as trying to worm it out of my work. Right now a Harassment Restraining Order seems like the best solution. But if anyone knows anything else I can do please let me know. And if the Restraining Order is the best solution, would that require a lawyer? Thanks :)

I am about to file for small claims (around $1000) against an ex room mate, I've been over everything and pretty much already have the case won. However he just joined up in the army, and is a few states over. Before he signed up and left he was living at his parents residence. What I wanna know, is do I put his parents adress when I file, and how does it go with him coming to court. Will the court just wait until his next military leave? Thanks :)

I have 2 beardies, a little under 2 years old, one male one femle, and today I noticed her stomache is practically on the ground. She's getting around just fine, and is eating great. She did have a pinky a few days ago, but her stomache has never been so big. I'm so lookin for signs or advice to determine it.

The town my mother is living in has several streets that may have the Pvc pipes replaced. According to all the residents living in the areas affected say the pipes are working just fine, and are the appropriate size and material. They were put in about 25 years ago, and EVERY person who is effected by it is protesting it at the city hall tomorrow. I'm just curious how long that pipe generally lasts, and if it really should be replaced. Any help is GREATLY appreciated. 10pts!

I have 2 bearded dragons, both about 1.5-2 years old. Sometimes I enjoy handing feeding them a few greens when I hold them. One of them just sits and eats it like a normal beardie, but with my other one, when I put a piece right in front of his face, he arches his whole back upwards, and stares directly up and waits for me to move it to where he put his mouth. Its actually kind of funny, but I have no idea why he keeps doing this! Has anyone else ever seen anything like this before? Thanks :)

So any NFL fans know that this year they are doing the pro bowl a week before the superbowl instead of after. Is it just me, or does this seem foolish? Whoever goes to the superbowl isnt going to the prob bowl I would assume, because clearly it isnt worth risking an injury. So say the vikings go to the SB, now the prob bowl is missing 8 players.. Anyone else wanna weigh in on this one, or maybe explain why they moved it this year? Thanks :)

Every day I mist my beardies with a little squirt bottle, since its very good for thier skin. I've noticed that one of my beardies legs twitch when I do it to him. He never does it otherwise. Jus curious if anyone else has seen this before or know why he may be doing it. Thanks
