I received a letter in the mail saying that I am being audited by the DMV of California. I have never ever heard of this happening to anyone. I called the lady and she said that its completely random who gets this and that she has to visit my home to ask me some questions in person. I told her that I was a little eerie, how would I know she is legit, she said she would show me her badge. I'm thinking anyone can make a badge! She said that she has to investigate how I got my license in California. I am from NY and moved to CA in 2004. Has this ever happened to anyone? What is it all about?

Hello, I am a vegetarian and when i go to the store to buy groceries i find it takes a long time to look at the ingredients to decide whether or not i can eat it.

i eat cheese, milk and eggs (so i am not vegan)

i do not however want to eat anything that is a slaughter house by-product.

is there a website or something that i can use to know what ingredients in certain foods are acceptable?

some ingredients in question are:

aspartame

casseine

calcium carbonate

niacin

guar gum

should i be worried about natural flavors/ingredients?

what about chemical names like potassium bicarbonate, sodium alginate etc.

I am the maid of honor at my best friends wedding and I am writing my speech. So far it is about 3 minutes long with added time for laughs because some of it is funny. I would like to add more because there is so much I can say but I don't want to take toomuch time.

I got permanent marker on my field hockey sweatshirt! It is my favorite sweatshirt because it is from 8 years ago when i first started playing field hockey in 7th grade. I love this sweatshirt! Why can't you use any other type of pencil or even a pen in that matter? Art pencils are made from the same thing and yet you can't use them on scantrons because the scantron machine can't read it.
