I just got done with a run. I feel terrible though! I usually feel great after my runs. It was only two miles and wasn't that fast and I am not really fatigued, but my muscles ache and my stomach hurts. I stretched and stuff after, but I have just been feeling worse and worse. Any ideas?

What do you all think about Obama's plan to add 3 hours onto our school day? I think it is a stupid idea, at least for every student. If I got a three extra hours onto my school day I would home school. I'm an honors student and don't need three more hours of school. Maybe for the kids who struggle in school, but not for everyone. If I got home at 5:30 I would go right into homework and not be able to go horseback riding or to karate. Those are my ways of releasing stress and without those I'm a goner.

I am in journalism at my high school and I am looking for a really good, original, and controversy article. I just want to get the newspaper a little more popular, and I think if I get a really good article in there that will get people thinking then the newspaper might be read by more people. Any ideas?
