Well my inspection came back with some plumbing and minor electrical issues to home that was completely remodeled also minor foundation issues. In order to close on the home those items must be fixed to close on home. Well seller hasn’t respond. She has until Friday but I’m getting worried. Now what? What if she doesn’t sign she agreed to fix those items in our repair procedure contract now push comes to shove feet are dragging. I’m trying to close in the next 30 days.

What steps should I take. My workman’s comp didn’t pay for my medical it was denied because of lack of “proof” they claimed which I’m not sure why HR sent out multiple requests for me to write statements which I gave them when I first applied for it. Anywho I was moving around that time so the documents they sent me may have gotten lost in the process or overlooked. I had insurance this was back in 2016. I recently got a letter from collections about it and was given 30 days to validate it. Well they sent my “validation” papers which has my medical diagnosis and also everything that I was being billed with. Far as I know they aren’t suppose to have my medical diagnosis on it so what do I do from here? At the time my insurance said they wasn’t going to pay for it because it happened on the job. Now it’s almost 2018 and I’m afraid to even ask them to pick up the tab.

I’m going to be a first time home buyer. I’m shopping around for cheaper mortgages and lower interest rate. I found something but it says $60 mortgage insurance. I’m sure that’s not the home owners insurance for the house. Is mortgage insurance necessary it seems like a waste and do I have an option to opt out of that?

I bought a new laptop and I have to pay for Microsoft office. I remember when it was free why doesn’t this come with the laptop. I already pay an arm and leg for it.

Well last year I went to the doctor for a pap which at that time I got recurrrent yeast infections but it was due to me using summers eve vaginal wash. So I had a Pap smear he said it was some discharge gave me 1 pill for it and it cleared up. Later told me it was abnormal cells no cancerous nothing to worry about. Well this year went again. During the exam he says everything looks normal if it’s abnormal we would call that was 9/12. Looked on lapcorps site my results was all negative then today I receive a letter in the mail from my obgyn saying I have abnormal results. I’m starting to get pissed because not only does labcorp say it’s normal. He waited a whole month to tell me something was abnormal so I don’t know what to believe. Nor did he call me if it was so urgent. Is this normal to keep happening? My family has a history of fibroids and I fear of getting that but he said everything looked normal during the exam

I’m watching HLN and it says every yahoo account was breached. Who all think yahoo just sold our information? I know I do. And why haven’t we been notified of such breach

My car got flooded Monday from Irma. I called to request my tags and they have my car at the auction. They told me I couldn't buy my car back because of the issues down the road but they are planning on selling it anyway. They told me I have to have a new car by Tuesday and I want to buy my car back from the auction should I?! It says they car isn't auction ready yet but I'm guessing it's getting there

They totaled my car it got flooded yesterday and I have until Tuesday to get a new car. Well I need help on talking the dealer down. I made mistakes before and I want this time to be right. If you are a dealer or very good at talking people down please give me tips if a female and I know they screw us over. Please help me

Well due to Irma it flooded and now my car got stuck water is inside of my car and I'm wondering if this is going to make me have to buy a new car. It's a 2015 Altima 26k miles and kbb says it's values at 9-13k. But I have had 2 accidents this year both not my fault I was his on passanger side and driver side due to cars merging into my lane. So I don't think that value is accurate. Geico can not tow it out until possibly tomorrow or until it's clear to go downtown Charleston. Should I start looking for new car. My car has push start a 2015 Altima. Well for a month it said it needed a new battery it was low. Well I went to the dealer on last Friday to get a new battery installed to the key. Well a day later the car started to say the same thing. It needs a new battery. I called one lady said they key may need to be reset to the car. I m thinking he would have done that when I was there. But the next day I was in the drive thru talking on the Bluetooth connected to the car and the speaker made a loud noise as if it blew out. So I looked at my car radio and it was restarting. So then it reset the time on my car and I called nissan again. They told me to come in next Tuesday it doesn t sound like it has anything to do with the key. Ooo an I reprogram my favorite radio stations to the car and when I got off work today it wasn t programmed anymore.

Why are there so many racist people using the battle flag as something negative towards blacks? They want to put the flag up and do not expect us to be upset. But when the flag is shown in a picture with someone it s always followed by racial slurs and I want to kill black people but they want us to believe its heritage and not racial driven. I live in SC I know why the war started and I don t like it but it s the past it s over but these racist people just can t let it go.

Soooo my bf goes out with his ex(she is married and comes down once every other month) and some of their other friends. I'm not to happy about them as in his ex and him hanging out. He claims it's not but everytime she comes down he cleans up nice. He gets his hair cut, eye brow, buy a nice outfit all of that. But for me he doesn't do none of that when we go out on dates. Of course he never invites me to go with them because he claim I have a attitude. I don't I just do not speak to them because I do not know them or know what his friends are talking about most the time. But am I wrong to feel some type of way?! Well I pay her car insurance and the water bill that was the agreement with me living with her until I buy my place. Well she has a phone line in my name I know me being nice and she messed up with comcast in my name. But she and my step dad and grandmother have a phone on the account well she owes a lot but they won t turn her phone on until she pays $487. I told her I m not paying it because I loaned her money she say she was going to pay me never do. Well now she bringing God to this. Basically saying he will punish me because she is irresponsible and that I need to pay the bill. Should I or just leave their phone off?!

I'm 24 I work for the govt and I'm wanting to buy a home. Nothing too expensive something affordable I stay with parents. Well I have $27k in debt. Most of that is because my car which is 23k and student loan is about 3K. Well he is telling me I shouldn't buy a home because of my debt saying I won't be able for afford it when I can. I only have cell phone and car insurance to pay beside my car note and my 1 credit card which isn't much I can pay off next month. I feel as if he doesn't support me at all and saying I'm making a mistake that I should basically throw my money away on renting. I am considering joining Air Force before I make that major decision. He is even saying that's a bad idea. Honestly I don't feel like he supports me at all and it makes me want to leave him but I don't know if it's a stupid to leave or what. Would I be wrong to break up with him?

On 4/27 a car hit me on my passanger door side and on 5/2 a car hit me on my driver side. Both from cars merging into my lane without paying attention. Well both asked for me to get my car quoted and pictures of the car. Well I ve done that since 5/4 and I have yet to hear from the insurance companies. I called the lady of the first accident left a message to see if she received the email and quote because I faxed them both the quote of the repair she hasn t called yet. The 2nd I talk to her and ask for a rental considering I have no side mirrors on my car due to the accidents and she is saying she isn t in charge of that and the number I fax the papers to isn t in her department yet it was under her email. She said they will call me since Thursday about the rental and haven t heard from them. What should I do I really don t want this to go on for months when this should be dealt with in 30 days.

When you ask a question on here some people just feel the need to be very nasty when answering the question. We the people that are asking the question really aren't in the mood for people being negative under our comments if your miserable keep that to yourself that's between you and that person who made you mad not us.

My loan is only 4K and they said it s not enough to be forgiven. I find that pretty stupid the lower the loan I think the better actually. They rather forgive 20k and not 4K. I just don t know why my loan isn t as important as someone with 20k I don t want to pay the 4K back just as much as the person with the 20k
