I just got pulled over and cited for not having proof of insurance. I do in fact have insurance, just didn't have proof of in the car and the officer told me if I show up to the courthouse with valid insurance they'll I won't have to pay the citation. My question is, does this still go on my driving record or does that mean they drop the citation period and it's like it never happened?

Does anyone know what is the absolute cheapest lodging in Seattle? Need a place to stay for a couple weeks next month while my apartment undergoes some renovations. Any chance of find a hotel or something for less than $450 for a 3 week period?

Hoping there's some people on here who've actually gotten a bonus or a recruiter who's helped someone get a bonus. For reserve prior service is there still that $15,000 re-enlistment bonus? I've asked several different people and one recruiter say's yes, another say's they've done away with it. Anyone know the real deal or have a link to some good info?

I'm working on re-enlisting prior service into the ARNG and have a question about how the bonus is paid out. I'm told it will be one lump sum, but to those of you who've gotten the bonus, do they process the paperwork and send your bonus on the way once you swear in or do they process it during your first drill?

I ask because I'm re-enlisting now, but my first drill won't be until April or maybe May and I hope I'll be getting my bonus before then.

How can I find out what LLC a person owns. As far as I understand, it's a matter of public record so is there somewhere I can do a search (preferably free) on someones name and come up with a list of LLC's that person owns/co-owns?

I'm looking for basic pointers to improve my run time. Right now I'm somewhat out of shape and my run time stands at around 18 minutes for 2 miles. I have a pt test in exactly a week were the minimum passing time is 16:30 and am looking for tips (what to eat, exercises to do etc...) that will give me a little extra boost to shave off that extra minute and half in just a week.

I'm looking for answers from people in law enforcement. A friend of mine has over $1000 of unpaid fines from a DUI two years ago as well as two unpaid tickets from a year ago (driving while suspended, expired insurance) and was looking to find out what kind of trouble he is in for. He plans on just going into the courthouse and seeing the judge, then going from there. I told him he should call a lawyer first and go that route because he's probably looking at jail time.

What is he possibly in for when he goes in?

I'm going to europe in two months and want to have my cell phone available. Believe it or not the guy at the alltel store actually didn't know if that was possible.

I know the credit rating and can see the report as it currently is but is there any way to find an old report from a year or two ago? I have to idea what my credit was like before and am curious to find out.

Just wondering everyones opinions on having a bell collar. I had one on my kitten when he was younger, then put one back on him recently to keep track of were he is and to hear him when he's outside my screen door.

He spends a lot of time outside too, and I think it's good for him to kill mice around here (they're everywere and I've taken away his sneak attack with the collar).

Does it cause undue stress to a cat to have a bell collar?

I know they offer jet skis and the like for rent, but say you're taking a one way cruise to hawaii where you plan on staying for a month and want to have your own boat with you, are there any that offer transport options for this?

I saw a lot of other questions on here about IE7 and youtube.

I have the same problem, but I also use firefox and have just gotten into the habbit of not using IE7 on sites that seem to mess with it. Why does IE7 have such a huge problem with flash? I average a crash a day and it's usually FFDSHOW codec or adobe flash. I've never seen firefox crash for these reasons and for that matter IE6 almost never crashed...

Anybody have experience with these problems and have an easy fix...?
