I only have my desktop (Windows XP) for online entertainment now.

I am having troubles with streaming videos, t.v. shows, etc. through my accounts like Netflix, Hulu, Vh1, etc.

In the last few weeks, I am having to exit my Firefox Browser, use free version of Advanced System Care (basics...I'm not great with computers.) And then restart my computer to be able to continue to watch anything.

Any ideas on things I can do, should do, things that might help?

I appreciate any suggestions! (:

I know this has been asked before but the answers I found were from years ago. Now, there are so many choices. Please give me your opinions for the best sites to give accurate, simple directions.

(I've tried RandMcNally, mapquest, yahoo and google and have not really been satisfied with the results from any...what about Google Earth?)

I have been for over a year. Now a friend told me (again) that they are being sued. I decided to research it and found that they are under a court-ordered injunction. Their official site has a big box on the first page that states anyone using Limewire should stop. Probably a good idea to remove it from your computer as well. I was injured in a restaurant in Ga when the wait staff, following the orders of the Owner, used hot glasses, just out of the "dryer" to serve me ice water. When I picked up the glass, it exploded in my hand. (Remember Moms telling us not to put hot dishes on cold surfaces?)

I ended up having to have surgery and going thru all kinds of crap (and still am.) The night of the incident, the Restaurant Owner openly admitted several times that they had "broken the rules" by using the hot glasses.

I am curious: is this simply a "working in a restaurant rule" or is there any legality to it that anyone knows of?

I would like to hear from others who have had to treat Adrenal Exhaustion (& hopefully have hypothyroid as well.)

I'm on a low dose of Armour for my thyroid. When I went up a bit on the dosage, had terrible reaction with all the symptoms of Severe Adrenal Exhaustion (which I knew I had a while ago but did not know how to treat.)

I would like to avoid seeing an endocrinologist, simply b/c so many of them don't even believe in Adrenal Exhaustion and IF they do, want to treat it with steroids. I want to go the NATURAL route.

I'm also wondering how long it usually takes to feel a difference (when taking supplements.)

Currently, I am taking The adaptogen herb, Rhodiola (200mg) and Eleuthero (1000mg)--Siberian Gingseng, I believe.

All this came about due to diagnosis to "treatment resistant depression." (And a lot of my own research.)

I take a lot of vitamins and supplements. I try to take them everyday but I'm not always good at it. Lately I've increased my regimen. I've only started one new medication: Armour for hypothyroidism, which is known to cause wt. loss.

But lately, my appetite is increasing and really hard to control. (I do eat mostly healthy foods.)

I should also mention that before a deep depression that has lasted 1/2 of this year (which is getting much better), I was anorexic...for 4 years steadily 100 lbs or less. B/c of the deep depression, I gained almost 30 lbs. I am trying desperately to get some of the wt off and get back down to at least 115 lbs.

If you know of any specific supplements which have cause increased appetite for you, please include that in your answer.

I have been doing research for over an hour, trying to find a natural antibiotic to be able to use while having lumbar epidurals. The doctor does not want you on any blood thinners. However, I also have an infection in a tooth that I have been treating with natural antibiotics, (grapefruit seed extract, olive leaf extract, colloidal silver, garlic, etc.)

I cannot take prescription antibiotics, nor do I want to. (Am allergic to them all,)

Can anyone help please?

Because of all of my own psych diagnoses, I have decided to try to do something to try to help others like myself in some small way, and help myself in the process.

I am creating emails, some with motivational quotes, thoughts to ponder, some (mostly Cognitive Behavioral Exercises--the BEST therapy) exercises to try out, etc.

I was thinking there are so many ppl who come here who might really appreciate and be helped by this kind of thing.

I am a person with a lot of "obstacles" to work with. I have bipolar disorder, ocd, add, etc, etc.

I need to organize my life. I need something inspirational. Something simple, that I can do in small steps if needed. Something to keep me motivated. And I need to narrow it down to one or two things to keep it simple!

I thought the best way to find out what might help me is to ask others, esp since I know there are others with my same "obstacles/diagnoses" who are living a life that is pretty to very ordered. Somehow they have been helped/motivated to get it together.

It would really be helpful if these things are free. I have no money now but if something really, really helped you that costs something, pls do tell me about it.

I would like a serious on-line email, (etc) friendship with someone else who has bipolar disorder, like I do. I just don't know where to go to do it. I've seen lots of chats & forums. Anyone here have any ideas?

I am not very computer saavy & honestly just realized I had other choices that might be better for a free media player. I need suggestions for a VERY SIMPLE TO USE, good sound quality player compatible w/WindowsXP. I LOVE my music. I use my WMP every day. I love to make playlists. I don't care about fancy skins or a lot of extras. Simple, easy, good quality sound.

Also, on my WMP, someone downloaded a bunch of songs that I hate/never listen to & I would love to be able to get them off my WMP. Any easy way to delete a bunch of files? Could I choose only the songs I like from my WMP to add to a new media player and that would solve my problem?

Not long ago, someone told me about a website you can go to for all kinds of images, photos, etc. that you can use for free without infringing on a copyright (you can download). Does anyone know of such a website?

I used to go to a really nice club that played this cool music that they called "acid jazz". I loved it. It might even be considered "world music". I am trying to find out the names of some artists who play this kind of music, preferably something I can download from Limewire. I like laid back but with "light energy", kind of jazz music. Something upbeat but laid back at the same time. I call it "vacation music" b/c when I listen to it, it is very relaxing.

I'm asking for my Mom: she has noticed small brown spiders in her pillow cases when she changes her bed linens, which is weekly. She is also noticing bite marks on her body that she believes to be the spiders.

My Mom is meticulously clean. Her bed has a nice protective mattress cover and all of her pillows have protective covers as well.

My ? is this: any ideas of what she can do to her shits to repel these spiders?

I've been using PayPal for years but was recently charged a fee that I did not authorize. As I started doing research on the web, I found that there are *many* disputes and complaints about PayPal.

I want to hear about others who have joined an alternative and what your experiences have been please?

I usually use PayPal to pay on ebay (but did not realize they are affiliated). The main thing that I would be using it for is for payments for freelance writing jobs,. which don't pay much to begin with so I *don't* want to give any of it to anybody else, esp PayPal!

There is a rather new trending called Vehicle Wrapping where you put a vinyl wrap on your vehicle to market/advertise for a company. You are then paid a moderately small fee (but easy way to make a little easy cash!) for the advertising.

There are plenty of "support groups" for young teens with Eating Disorders. I am looking for one that has some actual women in it and is not pro-ana, per se, but also not all about recovery...just a place to talk about our feelings, support, etc.
