Anyone who has a PS4 would know what I'm talking about. That white sheet that is around the unit when you first pull it out of the box.

I'm having an issue with my PC and have no idea what is causing it. I start out by pressing the power button, but instead of powering up like normal, I get this buzzing sound and some brief spin ups of the fan. It will then it goes back to buzzing, do some spin ups, and then power down completely. (At this point it doesn't even get to the boot screen).

At this point, I hit the power button again and it does the same thing but lasts a bit shorter. The process repeats itself until it finally starts up and starts loading windows...to only shut off with no warning.

I will do this 3 or 4 times until eventually I am able to get through and load windows and work normally. However, even then it will randomly shut down.

Does anyone know what could be causing this? Is it an over-heating issue? A power supply issue?

What baffles me most is that it works some days and doesn't others... or it works and then randomly shuts down without warning.

Any tips/pointers are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

What would you recommend?

I've been playing with web design lately and have been using the "view source" to see how professional sites are coded and it just amazes me at how much code there is for even small pages.

For example: I was looking at gametrailers.com source and it has 4600 lines. My question is: is this all manually coded, or is there some sort of dynamic element that updates and adds code automatically?

Does this adapter split an audio feed from a headphone jack into surround sound?

I burned myself a around 4 months ago when pulling a pan out of the oven. It seemed to heal quickly over a few weeks, but it has left the area darker than the rest of my skin. With the mark fade with time?

I followed the recipe perfectly, and when I pulled it out of the oven it was at least 2 inches high. I let it cool for about an hour before I went to put it in the fridge when I realized it had shrunk down to a measly 1 cm. Seriously, what the hell did I not do right.

Is it legal to perform a citizens arrest on a person who has attempted to rob you with force?

For example: A man comes at me with a knife and demands my wallet. Is it legal to pull out a firearm and arrest him as a police officer would, before then calling the police themselves?

I have a GAMO Hornet and was shooting some Crossman lead pellets. The gun is measured at around 1000fps for lead ammo and 1200 for PBA. Now I would expect it to snap with PBA, but not lead... I don't have an issue with it per-say since it's always fun to hear that pop, but I'm just curious as to why it randomly broke the barrier for a couple shots like it did. It was smoking from the barrel too, which I thought was odd. I'm not screwing it up or something, am I?

Anyone know what star or planet it is?

I got a Hornet for Christmas and the scope was zeroed perfectly out of the box. However, when I took it out today, after a few shots it lost that zero and is WAY off - by at least 4-6 inches. Anyone know what caused this? I'm trying to zero it in again, but it's getting ridiculous with how many clicks I'm having to do (22 Down and 20 Left so far).

I'm looking at buying one of these air rifles, and I would like some opinions on which is the better gun. Thanks.

Why do they get so upset if people upload their releases to online readers before the 48 hrs are up, or whatever time that they give? What difference does it make?

I have a 1TB hard drive in which only 930GB seems to show up on. Considering 1TB is 1024GB, that's almost 100GB lost. What's up with that, and why am I paying for space I don't get?

My 9600 died and I'm looking for an equivalent replacement since they don't make the 9600 anymore.

So I just watched this guy go from around lvl 30 to lvl 59 in about 2 minutes. Is there some kind of item that levels you up in WoW now? I haven't played this game for over a year so I'm clueless.
