I have been weight lifting and running for 2 and a half years. But seems like ive hit a plateau. I wanna start p90x to tone down a little bit more. However i dont want to use any supplements. I found that a natural replacement for the recovery drink is chocolate milk. Now i need a replacement for the protein bar. Would taking 1 cup of soybeans be good?

I installed it to my bike, and i set the tire circumference, time of day, and selected to show m/h. Now what i dont understand is when i go biking why does it only show time of day? The timer doesn't start, the mph doesnt show (stays at 0), and distance biked doesnt change (stays at 0). Am i missing something? Is there like a start button i dont see. The guide doesnt show u what to do, it just tells u what the modes are and how to install it. How do i get it to record time elapsed, speed, and distance?!??

Trying to downgrade for untethered jailbreak. BUt tinyumbrella doesnt save any shsh that i download from external links. Since i originally bought it as 4.3.5, it seems to only save 4.3.5. Does it mean i cant downgrade it to 4.3.3? When i try to restore with shift and selecting 4.3.3 i get error 3194, and then i managed to bypass it one time somehow, only to run in to error 21, then 20... Is the only way to downgrade is to have tinyumbrella save the shsh? Because it seems that it will only save a low shsh if u originally bought your ipod as lets say for example a 4.2. Then you upgraded to 4.5, and then decided to downgrade BACK. Is what im thinking true? So if i originally bought it as 4.3.5 i cant downgrade it?

If i finish using it i turn it off. When i come back to turn it on later i get stuck at apple logo. Now i know how to fix this (tethered reboot), but i want to know why it keeps getting stuck when i try turning it on...

Basically the title. I adopted 2 kittens, and just noticed i lost the receipt I received during the adoption. Both kittens are healthy, and the older one is spayed. However the other one still needs to get spayed. Do i need to hand in the form to a hospital in order for her to get spayed? Or are the forms not important.
