This is for a class project in Human Relations. The question is (basically) can a manager force an employee to testify to problems (not personal problems, work related) with other workers (poor performance, not adhering to rules, etc..)? Is there a legal reason why this should not be allowed?

Is there a way to make your MySpace Profile NOT show your friends? It seems kind of petty, I know, but I have 2 friends that I don't want to know I am friends with both of them (total drama). Can the friends list be hidden? Thanks for the help.

A collection agency that informs me that my conversation is being recorded made a deal with me, then got my money, and nixxed the deal. I want a transcript of the recording to present to a lawyer. Do I have a legal right to request the transcript or a copy of the recording?

Looking for information about distributors. I currently use Synnex, Petra, Perfect10, Phoenix Wireless. I'm ramping up to go full throttle in web sales to supplement my retail sales. Looking for wholesalers that drop-ship specifically. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.
