I'm 24 and this week became a manager at a recreation facility that does a lot of youth lessons. This place is like my second home, I've been here for 15 years and I feel that I'm one of the guys that people look up to.

Over the past years there's been a lot of situations where older staff have had sexual relations with the younger members and I'm not sure what to do. Currently it's with male staff ages 21-24 and female members 15-16. After hearing one of them joking about how young they were today I just laid into him. I realize with the 15 year old it's illegal, however this was a few months ago and shes since turned 16, but it still seems morally wrong as the parents don't know. I can't respect these guys and help but see them as predators who're taking advantage of their positions of power.

Was I justified in criticizing him? I'll be talking to him again later this week, is there anything I should say?

What legal issues that would apply in this scenario? Could the firm take action against the distributor, what would the distributors defense be?

I'm currently running two monitors off of my windows 7. They are both hooked up with HDMI cables, one is plugged into the HDMI plug and the other is plunged in using an adapter cable to a yellow plug (not sure the name).

When I try to plug in my new monitor into the blue outlet plug it shows that the computer is reading its plunged in in the control panel but the monitor stays black. If I keep all three monitors plunged in and then unplug the monitor that is hooked up to the yellow plug using the adapter the new monitor turns on. When I plug back in the plug to the yellow outlet the new monitor turns off and one of my original screens that i re-pluged in turns back on?

How can I run all three monitors?
