First time filing taxes on Disability. My son lived with me for 61/2 months while going to school. I claimed him, because he didn't work, at the time. He moved out went to work, claimed himself on his taxes...they just rejected him, saying he had already been claimed. Now he is mad at me. Worried that i wont receive and he wont receive. For me, the IRS received but hasn't approved, it's been 23 days. I don't want to wrong my son, I did support and help with school. How does this work ? I can do right by him, if my claim is approved. Any advice?

if there is overwhelming evidence contrary to FBI's statements, can a Governor or Judge confront these issues? is it treason to not believe in top 10% of Government ? Boston Bombings

and is the prisoner allowed to be shipped off to a foreign country , never to be seen again. is evidence required

finally after all these years i could receive back child support from my ex's tax return. i am on ssi till feb 2013 when ssdi kicks in. will this effect my disability payments

i can't find any info on ssi medicaid. is this new with Obama care?

here on " yahoo answers " i enjoy the many forums. recently under my "net work" a top consultant made me they're fan, ( without asking ) from answering several of their questions. now i receive way to many e-mails and smothered in her questions. my info under manage your e-mail address, won't let m un-click my e-mail status, that says can't be seen. what can i do to be independent again????

flu shots have been advertised at wall greens and cvs since summer.. how do they have anti do? when i get my flu shot, how do i know it's for the flu that's expected?

when ssi started, there was a 2 month back pay and on going until disability kicks in. does disability back pay as well. are they 2 different identities

my brother and sister-in law come over frequently, always hungry and asking "what cha got to eat" i used to offer the red carpet treatment and cook them something. but now i am disabled and offer 1 day left=overs. I'm hearing complaints about it through the family grape vine, that my sister-in law is insulted and feels she deserves better. funny thing is ...i'm never invited over for dinner at their house. and yes they have food... she just doesn't like to cook. is it kosher or not?

ive worked hard my hole life, a single mother of 2, with no child support . it was and still is not an easy task. needless to say i smoked like a chimney...but the bills got paid. as mother and father i found i made more money in less time as a waitress (fine dining) than i did as a secretary. on 3 separate occasions i took my tax returns and stated a business. unfortunately none truly succeeded for one reason or another. .but i always paid my taxes and i always claimed my tips. never rich but didn't feel poor, now....present day ..i have emphysema and on oxygen, both my boys are in trade school, soon ready for the medical world . back in july during a hospital stay the doctors said i was disabled and filed ssi and social security disability. since then iv been placed on food stamps and just noticed on computer that i would be recieving ssi. for nov. but soon after , the social security office " made a desicion " in less than 3 months. what does this mean.... im going crazy wondering what to expect and when. how long does it take to recieve info?? or money for that matter. my birthday is this mid month. a favorable conclusion would be a good wish, as it would offer stability..somewhat.

im 53 and have emphysema and on oxygen. the hospital said i was disabled and applied for disability and ssi for me. i went to a social security doctors appt.last week. i know i qualify, but have heard many stories of denials for first time appliers. forgive me for being naive... but i would be approved for 2 disability and ssi . i was told 1,100.00 disability and have no idea about ssi.. just read on here its welfare.any idea on how much ? and how does ssi work.

my grandson is two weeks old today ! when raising my sons , after burping them, i would put them on their tummy's for patting ...then sleep. the other grandmother is criticizing, ( and not being very nice about it) saying i dont know what im doing and that's how babies die of sids.. which is causing a family rift. we instinctively know not to put pillows and blankets around the baby . my son and daughter ( in-law) both follow my examples. the baby seems to like being on his tummy and enjoys the patting. . plz i need opinions and advice. really dont want to hurt baby ....or be bitched at and belittled by the other grandmother .
