I remember when I went to Laguna Beach in California,

I remember driving hours,

We arrived, I could already smell and taste the salt of the beach,

I remember how cold the beach felt,

The sun was as bright as a flashlight in the darkness,

and how my skin seemed to sizzle in the heat,

I remember the beach was like a smoldering Furnace,

The hot sand burning my feet,

And, walking and baking in the hot sun,

Even though now it’s still August and hot,

The sand was diamonds, glistening in the bright sun,

I remember the boardwalk clamor,

I remember savoring that summer day,

I remember the people crowded in the beach,

The mob of people crowded the beach like canned sardine,

But my favorite memories yet to come.

my parents always fight in front of me and my little brother its so annoying they don't know how to grow up! and i'm sick of they always threaten each other and my dad is always threatening my mom that he is going to leave her, i am in none of there sides because there is NO sides i'm not that kind of person my dad will b my dad forever and same with my mom and my 2 sisters always take my moms sides shes not so Innocent either same with my dad and they need to stop it because it is none of there business i love my mom, but she HATES me just because i talk to my dad allot more since i feel bad because of my sisters when ever i ask her for something she automatically says no but if its my sisters she says yes automatically and don't say she doesn't have favorites she does! and my little brother duznt really mind it since me and him grew up with them fighting all the time its kind of a typical day for us with them screaming at each other it just really bothers me, i have thought of running away ALOT and i want a plan i just don't know yet i want to wait till the day i turn 18 i am moving out right away i am fed up with my mom, i always have to deal with her being mean and unfair to me i just don't know what to do anymore.. any advice? i'm 13 my brother is 8 and my sisters r 16 and 17, oh and my mom and dad, i honestly don't know why they haven't divorced yet they have always fought and they have been married for 18 years, my mom doesn't want to get divorced, she says she hates him, i don't know honestly and her and my sisters always talk crap about my dad, they're very mean, oh and it bothers me because sometimes i cant sleep from hearing them scream and each other, and I've cried asking for help from my friends.. i bother me ALOT
