I was talking with a co-worker during a break and she says make-up can help women be promoted.
I was on the I-don t-think-it-matters team, but then she showed me some stats from the NY Times, Harvard, etc. And then, as people were trickling into a conference room, she pointed out that all the female partners were wearing make-up.

I already have a STEM bachelor's, but am changing career paths. I need to take 8 more classes for a BA in accounting, or 1 extra year for the master's program. The master's program will also cost me an extra $15K.
Either way, I plan to sit the CPA exam.

How do I plug up this hole on bottom sides of garage?
There are bugs coming into the garage. I've already sprayed the edges of the house, sprayed inside perimeter, and mowed/trimmed the lawn, but I think they're still crawling in through these holes on the bottom sides of the garage. (see picture).
Trying to keep the house clean before my daughter comes to visit.

I m about to work in a small town which is two blocks from a large university; not much else nearby. It s a ghost town in the summer, but the manager said business will pick up once the students come back. I want to work during busy hours for tips.
