A man walks into a bar. At the end of the bar there's a horse and next to the horse there is a giant jar of money.

So the man asks the bartender whats the horse and the jar of money for?

he replies "You put 5 dollars in the jar and try to make the horse laugh. If you do The jar is yours"

So the man puts 5 dollars in the jar and whispers something into the horses ear. The horse immediately starts cracking up.

The man takes the jar of money and leaves.

A week later he returns to the bar.

The horse is at the end of the bar again with another huge jar of money.

The bartender explains that this time you have to make the horse cry.

The man puts 5 dollars in the jar.

He then leads the horse into the back room of the bar.

when he leads the horse out a few minutes later, it is weeping.

How did you do that? the bartender asked.

the man replied "making him laugh was easy, i just told him i had a bigger penis"

"well then how did you make him cry"

"I showed him."

I found it dragged out and Boring and with a very anticlimantic ending.

When i sit at work I come up with these really good ideas for stories. But i can never seem to be able to sit down and write them.

I've written some things down in a notebook but its mostly just notes about what i was thinking about.

Any suggestions on how i can get myself motivated into actually putting together a story?
