Is there any magic food or secret for gain muscle mass fast? I'm bodybuilder few years, have good muscles but now is so slow and boring to gain anything more. Is possible to gain muscle mass when just drink too much milk? Does milk build muscles? Contains carbohydrates, proteins and some good fat and for me, it's perfect drink, but is it really perfect?

I have forward head syndrome for about 4-5 years, i'm doing some exercises to correct but still nothing big. Problem is caused by the computer, ofc. Have tips, good exercises for correct? I'm doing also bodybuilding exercises and have good muscle mass but will it fix or exacerbate problem? I need to build trapez, deltoids more or? Before few years i've always been happy, but in last time, there's just aggression and everything i want is big arms, back, legs and provoke everyone around me. Always arguing with friends, family and people who close to me. Have desire to argue to strange people and to fight with them. Im bodybuilder for 3-4 years, but don't use any chemistry (steroids) or any suplement, so don't know from where is all hate i have? Also, my life is change to workout, big body and just to be bigger than my friends and all people to be able to fight. i'm not worry for my health just to have big bogy and i think to start with steroids in 18. year, i now have 16... problem is?

i have about 10% body fat, that's great to hear but my stomach is very big always, specially after meal. When i touch stomach, i see there's no more than 1cm of fat. Why is this happening?

im 16 year and i'm 169 cm.
