Is christmas about having fun and ebjoying yourself or is it aboUt being with the ones you love(or are supposed to love). My mom is being the biggest b**** what is she doing right now. Crying. Why. Because she wanted to go to her friends house for xmas eve to celebreate because she doesn't want to be bored. In mexico they celebrate xmas eve not xmas. So that's what we r celebrating. Or at least trying to. I told my mom I wanna stay at my dads house and be with my little brother. But she doesn't see that we r spending xmAs to be with family. My dad left to celbrate xmaS with his brother and my older brother also went with him. I thought my mom would be even happier that my dad isn't thEre cuz they r divorced. I'm in the lving room with my brother and my mom locked herself in my room. She is sooo moody. She acts like a frikkin teenager. I don't even act that stupid. Btw I'm 14. There is other things that make my mom act like a kid but it has nothing to do with this. I can't even talk to her cuz I know she is mad at me. She blames me for everything. I didn't wanna go with her friend cuz I waNa be with my little brotheR. I haven't said anything to her all day cuz she is a frikkin bitc* I think she needs to understand that she is with her family and she should be happy. She wants to be happy and go with her friends house cuz there fun to be with and they all start dancing and it is soo entertaining-well that's what she says. If we don't do what she wants she gets angry and starts crying. She called her friend yesterday and told her what happened and my mom said that she probably gonna end up crying today. So I kinda think she is doing this just so she can go and tell her friends how she spent her christmas. She likes making people feel bad for her. Should I go talk to her or should I leave her alone. But I don't wanna go talk to her because she is gonna start saying that its all my fault and that I want to make her life miserable. She always makes me feel bad.

ok i want to sell my ipods on ebay but i dont knoow for how much each.i have a blue ipod nano.not in bad condition at all. its i think 5th generation(the one without a camera).so its works fine BUT it only works when it connected to some type of power.so you cant take it on the go cuz it turns off as soon as you disconnect it. then my second ipod i want to sell is the ipod touch. there is so many things wrong with this.ok so first thing you'll notice is the broken screen.the screen still works though.the speaker doesnt work though. the motion sensor doesnt work either.so you cant play those games that you have to tilt.the button on top is really stuck er sumthing cuz u have to push it hard so it can turn off or turn on.so how much should i sell em for.

My mom left us in december to go with this guy she was secretly having an affair with. She sees us everyday but the family is constantly fighting. The reason my mom left us for that guy is because she could stand my dad anymore. My dad has verbally abused her for 20 years(thats how long they were together).We are very disntant from my dad because he always drank and he never paid attention to us.My parents were never married,they were just together.My mom one day scratched my dad because he kept accusing her of doing drugs.He made a police report.My dad has been verball abusive and still is. They might think my mom might hit us because of that police report but never has she laid a finger on us. My mom always took care of us. She walked us to school in the rain and the hot hot sun.My dad doesnt even know our birthdays.He isnt capable of taking care of us. But he has the money. While my mom has none. not even enough to rent a room.My mom,if she gets custody, is letting my dad visit us whenever.But my dad is only letting her visit us on the weekends for a couple of hours. My mom is willing to leave the guy if she gets us. I hate this guy so much. I got a therapist because i couldnt think straight. My mom left us for him. I had so much anger against him.i still hate him and feel horrible about my moms decisons.thEY are going to court soon and i wanna know your opinon on who might end up gaining custody of us.
