I don't know much about diamonds and their weight and worth. I also don't know about gold over brass, but their is a "Diamond" Heart pendant with 3/4 CT TW 14K Rose Gold over Brass I am interested in, but don't know if I am getting my money's worth. It has a total of four hearts. It has a big heart with a bit smaller heart inside it and so on. Each heart has diamonds on top of it. Outer heart has small round shape diamonds and next heart has small rectangle shape cut diamonds then alternates. The regular price for the pendant was $374.98. Now was for $99.99 with all discounts plus tax. They offer a $25 lifetime jewelry care plan that they say covers cleanings, re-dipping in gold if needed, and replacing diamonds if needed. That is a total of $132.49 for everything. Is it worth paying that money for those Karats and dipped in gold over brass? I know there is jewelry that also is 14K Rose Gold over silver but don't know what does the bottom metal really brings to the price. Is it a good price for those Karats and 14K Rose Gold over brass, or should I just look for something with a bit more Karats and actual gold or gold over silver? Are 3/4 CT TW diamonds even worth buying as diamonds? Please help with dilemma with CT TW's and gold over anything.

I received a call saying that my computer had been sending many error messages & that they could help me. He said that he was calling from PC support. He told me that the hackers had stolen certificates of my computer & that soon my computer would stop working. He also said that they had stolen my Windows certificate & that it was not valid anymore. That in order to help me, I needed to buy a new certificate code from them.

That if I didn't buy the code from them in that instant I wasn't going to be able in the future & the only form of payment is a bank account. I don't no about certificates or much about those things so I don't know if what he telling me is true. He told me that because I had been hacked it didn't matter if I erased everything on my computer and reinstalled it or buy a new computer the hackers could get access to it again if I didn't buy the certificate with them right in that instant.

That even taking it with someone to fix it would not help because the hackers already have my codes and IP address and they could get access to my computer, phones, and tablets again.

Is this true? What exactly does it mean when someone gets hacked? What can the hackers do? I said I couldn't afford $400 for a certificate. Is any of the information that person gave me true about not being able to get rid of them even with a new computer? Is this a scam? Do they really call for this?

I know I have many questions but I really need information. Please help.

I watched some episodes of the TV show Roswell and I liked it. I went online to purchase Seasons 1,2 and 3 and I saw that they were released twice. For example, Season 1 was released on DVD in 2004 with one design on the cover and then released again in 2008 with a different design on the cover. All 3 seasons were released once with one design on the cover and a couple years later with another design on the cover. I read online that someone commented on the TV Show Roswell saying that some of the TV Shows songs were changed on the DVD release. They didn't say what season or which release they were commenting on. Does anyone have the Complete Series or Seasons from either or both release dates that know what are the differences are? For example, do the songs, video, picture, audio quality, or special features change from one release date to the second release? I wanted to know before purchasing the Complete Series to know which was better. I would want it to every episode and be as exact as it can to the original airing on TV and if it had better special features but if the second release had better video, picture, audio quality or special features I would want to know. I think both releases have a music video from the TV Show but I am not sure. I am picky when I buy Movies and TV Shows because I look for special features and video, picture, audio and all that stuff. Can anyone help with these questions I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

About a week ago I bought a HP envy m6-k022dx laptop online but it just got here on Friday. I am just getting to explore this one when a HP Pavilion17-f023cl gets on sale. I buy this one too to see which one is better but I can't decide between them. I only have one more week to if I return the Envy one or not because of the return policy. Please help with the features between them and which do you guys recommend me keeping. Here are some of the feature I know about each of them, but there are more I don't know and that is where help comes in.

I tried both laptops and there are pros and cons for me and I can't decide.

The Envy has better sound than the Pavilion but the Pavilion is louder than the Envy. I really really love the back lite keyboard on the Envy but I like the DVD player/burner on the Pavilion. The video quality is better on the Envy than Pavilion even though the Pavilion has 1080i and the Envy only 720i. The Envy has speakers on top and a speaker on the bottom of the laptop. Why does it? Why do they sound different even though they both have Beats Audio? I have tried the basics to make the Envy louder but no luck. Is there a way to make it louder? Is there a way to fix the pavilion to sound better.

I love my Samsung Galaxy S2 i777 from At&t. I have a little over two years with it and I never had a problem with it. I have never done an update on it since I got it and never needed it. But in December my phone started to randomly restarting itself. But usually it restarted while I was using it like playing on it or online. It even turned off while I was swiping between pages while looking for an app on my phone, loading an app, unlocking my phone, or even taking snap shoots.

In the beginning of January I uninstalled about 3 or 4 apps off my phone. My phone started to work again. It wouldn't restart by itself anymore. Three weeks later after no problems something worse happened. I was online and suddenly the screen turned black on me and I thought, oh no its doing it again. But this time it was different.

After the screen turned black and the usual welcome screen, Samsung Galaxy S2 screen appeared. It stayed in that screen longer than it should. Then the screen turned black again and the welcome Samsung Galaxy S2 screen appeared again and stayed there for a little while then turned off again. It did that for about three times and now not even the welcome screen appears. Sometimes when I push on the power button nothing happens and I push it again and just the screen buttons on the bottom of my phone light up then turn off and it doesn't do anything. Not every time I push on the power button the screen buttons turn on. What could be the problem with my phone. I have the free version of AVG app on my phone and when I scan it, it says there is no threat. Would the battery be the problem? Would the power button be the problems? If not the battery nor the power button what could it be? I really like my phone and wouldn't like it to be something that can't be fixed. Please help. Has anyone else had this issue with this phone?

My sister just bought a Poloroid S10 android tablet and it doesn't have Google play store and a flash player app. Where can I download Google play store and flash player for the android tablet? It comes with other app downloaders but it has limited apps to download. We have Google play store on our phones and want it on the tablet. Is there also other good equivalent app downloaded app? I still want to download the Google play store app and flash player app for the tablet so if someone knows where I can download it from a secure place?

I have a desktop computer running Windows XP and I have Microsoft Security Essentials on it. When I scans my computer it says it found no viruses. Well I was glad there were no viruses on my computer but then about 5 months ago I downloaded McAfee Security Scan Plus. When McAfee scans my computer it says it found a virus (Trojan) on my computer. So I immediately run a full scan of my computer with Microsoft Security Essentials and it said there were no viruses. But every time McAfee scan it says "Threat Found" "Artemis!708FC5318F6A C:\PROGRAM FILES\UPDATES FROM HP\137903\PROGRAM\BACKWEB-137903.EXE" "TYPE: TROJAN"

I chated with someone with Microsoft Security Essentials about it telling me no virus found and McAfee says there is and they just told me that having two anti-virus programs doesn't let Security Essentials work well. Is Microsoft Security Essentials a good anti-virus program and I should just uninstall McAfee Security Scan Plus? Should I just trust that Microsoft Security Essentials is right and McAfee Security Scan Plus is wrong? I know that McAfee Security Scan Plus is just a scanner and doesn't protect nor remove viruses but its telling me I have a virus. Can I even trust it? Or which other Free anti-virus program is better between Avast, AVG, or Avira? Or is there another better Free ani-virus program out there that just doesn't protect, scan, and remove viruses? PLEASE HELP!!!!

I have a Nikon Coolpix E8800. I don't really know how to use all the features on it so I always use it on automatic. When it's dark my pop up flash didn't really brighten enough. So I bought an external flash for it, but I don't really know how to use it.

When the external flash is on and I use it, my pictures don't look any brighter than before. Actually my pop up flash is brighter than the external one. Is there some kind of setting I have to move on my camera to make the flash work properly? How do I program my camera to take better pictures with the external flash I purchased for it? The external flash I purchased is a PROMASTER 2500EDF Electronic Flash. It even has a bounce angle which is another thing I can't really work right. Please help!!! I have a family party at a park which is not going to have much lighting when it gets dark and I need the extra light for taking pictures.

I have a Nikon Coolpix E8800 digital camera I bought a few years ago. I didn't buy any extra accessories for it because I just bought it to take home party and some travel pictures. Now a family member wants me to take pictures in a Quinceañera because their professional photographer can't make it, but I don't have all the equipment for my camera. Does anyone know what accessories would I need for my camera to take pictures for this kind of occasion? I think I would need extra memory card, battery, and a flash. The problem is that I don't know anything about buying a flash or how to use them. My camera comes with a small flash but sometimes some pictures come out dark because that flash isn't enough, so that is why the external flash.

I have the Samsung Mythic and I don't like it. The screen freezes and the touch sensor sometimes doesn't work. The two phones I am looking into are the At&t Samsung Galaxy S 2 and the Samsung Infuse. With my experience with the Samsung Mythic I don't know if Samsung is good or not. How good are these models?

The Samsung Galaxy S 2 has a 4.3" screen and the Samsung Infuse has a 4.5" screen. Does the screen difference really makes a difference? I mean can you really notice that .2" screen size and can you notice it when you are viewing a video? Besides the screen size what is the difference between them?

Does anyone have one of these phones that can tell me about the applications it comes with and how good some features are for example picture and video quality, speed, touch response, if they freeze a lot, how good and useful the applications are, etc.. I also want to know how loud the speaker is. Do they ring loud and how loud the speaker is to listen to music? Do any or both of these phones come with an application to listen to the radio? I mean the one you don't have to get into the internet to listen to like the Sony Ericsson have or can you also download an application to the listen to radio? There are some files that I want to delete off my computer that I can’t delete. I click delete on the file I want to delete then a screen asks if I am sure I want to delete and I click Yes. Then another screen labeled “Destination Folder Access Denied” comes up and says “You Need to Confirm this Operation” so I click continue. Then again the same screen as before comes up labeled “ Destination Folder Access Denied” and again says “You Need to Confirm this Operation” and I click Try again. This screen keeps on coming up and the file just doesn’t delete. Sometimes this same thing happens when I try to uninstall a program, but with a program this only happens on a rare occasion. Not being able to delete also happens in rare occasion for music files. I have windows vista operating system.

I was moving a sofa and I accidentlly hit my foot and my big toenail was pulled up and seperated from the toe, and it is only attached a little at one end. It is bleeding, hurts, and the nailbed is purple. What can I do to stop the bleeding? Do I have to remove the nail if so how do I do that? I put on some Neosporin spray and bandage? What brands are best in digital cameras? In one electronic store they told me that the best brands are: Casio Canon Panasonic Sony. I just don’t understand all the technical words when talking about lag time & shutter speed, but I know some features I want in a camera. I want a camera that is small & stylish, good picture quality, at least a 7.2 MP and a 2.5” LCD screen or bigger. I like when it has many features like taking pictures in sepia & b&w, anti-shake, and many different scenes. Is face detection is an important feature? I had a Samsung Digimax 530 and it had voice recording and I thought it was a cool feature. I was looking into a Casio Exilim EX-Z77 but I don’t know can someone tell me how good that camera is or what you recommend? Another Camera I am looking into is the Sony touch screen. I also don’t want to pay too much($200), but if there is a camera that isn’t much more than that price I might take it under consideration.
