So, I dyed my hair again after about 6 weeks. And keep in mind I ve only dyed it 2 other times. Once was two years ago and then the second a year after that. The third was a year after that. 6 weeks is the shortest I ve ever gone to re-dye my hair. All I wanted to do was go from a light auburn to a color that was more burgundy colored.

I am so paranoid that I m gonna wake up with a patch of hair missing. As I was rinsing the color out I began to loose about twice as much hair as usual in the shower. Then again, I m not to sure my hair brush gets fully into my hair and those might be dead strands from a few days of shedding. The strands of my hair are thick, but my hair seems thin altogether. My hair is also down to the middle of my back. So maybe it looks like a lot because it s longer?

I m so paranoid. One of my fears is losing my hair. Can someone please give me any kind of assurance?

So, a while back, my mom received a laptop from the call center she worked at. It's an Acer, and runs on Vista. For some reason, there is only 33gb of space available. And by that, I mean that whereas a normal laptop would have 200-500gb, this laptop has only 33gb. We do not have a windows vista disk to replace the operating system, so we cannot do a hard factory reset. Is there a way to restore the lost space? Or is it gone forever?

I have an HTC one vx

This just started this morning. Every hour or so, my phone will turn itself off, and I have a nearly full battery. Then the HTC screen comes on as if the phone is powering back up, but then it turns off again before the AT&T logo appears. My phone does this about 5 or 6 times before letting me turn it back on. I haven't even had this phone for a year, so an upgrade is not in the picture. What should I do?

Here's the thing. I'm a freshman in college. I haven't had a problem making new friends, but I can't help but feel alone. Three of my best friends here are in relationships (two with each other) with people they met on campus. I was recently rejected by a fraternity for unknown reasons, but my best friend made it in. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for her, but its something that separates us. I'm currently not in a relationship (never have been) and I just realized I won't get to see my family on my birthday for the first time ever. I thought I would be fine spending my weekend in seclusion, but it suddenly got to be too much. To make matters worse, no one is answering my texts. How do I not feel this way anymore?

So, I am currently attending Western Michigan University, and I am a trumpet major. However, the trumpet I came here with was actually a piece of junk. There were many intonation problems. I need to get a new trumpet (but cheap). I am very willing to buy a used one. The catch: my professor needs to try it out before a final sale can be made. Some big names create crappy trumpets. Just because it says Bach, it doesn't mean it's fantastic. I'm stuck in a rut. I'm currently borrowing my professor's, but he is retiring after this academic year. I need advise on how to look for a cheap, most likely used, acceptable trumpet. I would hate to buy one then have my professor say it's just as bad as my old one. Please Help!!

So, I have been in this situation before. I really like a guy, only this is different than the last time. I knew the last guy I liked. We were the same age and had become somewhat friends. I eventually told that guy that I liked him, and then later learned how superficial he was. Anyway, I'm in college now, and history is starting to repeat itself. The difference, this guy is three years older than me and a senior. And I really don't have the guts to reveal my feelings to a guy the second time. I don't really know him either. But he seems like an awesome guy. He's one of the drum majors in the band, so I see him pretty much everyday. THIS IS KILLING ME!! I even get super jealous over NOTHING! When my friend (who is single) performs a solo at a concert we both attend (not together) I have this feeling that he is super impressed and, well, you get the picture.

It also doesn't help that he is the athletic type, and I am not. I'm about 30-40 pounds overweight, but I look about half of that. I am comfortable in my own body, and I don't usually try to hide the tummy fat. However, I feel that it keeps guys away.

I don't know. I'm just so confused right now. I've never had a boyfriend, or even a date. At first it didn't bother me, but now it does........

Okay, now I'm just rambling on. I guess I'm just looking for words of encouragement, or maybe even advise. I just really hate felling this way about a guy that I have known for 2 months....

So, I was looking through my news feed, then everything changed. I have, at most, only 20 statuses in my feed, and I cannot load more. My profile hasn't changed, but the main page is all different. I tried logging out and then back in, but it didn't fix the problem. his all happened within 5 minutes.

I have one of those Casio light up keyboards. I brought it to college with me to help with my music classes. I went to play it this evening only to find that many of the black keys will not work properly. I used it the other day, and it seemed fine. However, some black keys will not sound, while others continue to play when I take my finger off. Some of the keys even look distorted. I'm at a loss. I can't afford a new keyboard. I am, after all, a poor college student. I am desperate to get this thing to work again! I have only had it for two years!!

So, after an intense internal battle, I told my crush I like him (over facebook, mind you). He rejected me, and he was overly nice about it! I told him the reasons I liked him and that I just needed to let him know because it was keeping me up at night. He said I impressed him by even saying anything, but, unfortunately, "we aren't compatible". Now, I figured he would say this, but it still stings a little. My problem is that I still like him. Not as strongly as before, but it's still there. I almost wish he had been a jerk in his reply so that I had a reason NOT to like him anymore? What do I do? How am I supposed to get over him? We aren't best friends, so you'd think it would be easier to move on. Sorry for the lengthy explaination. I just don't know how to get him off my mind.

Ok, Im completely obsessed with this guy I like. Ive had crushes before, but none as intense as this. Im constantly thinking about him, checking his facebook (not stalkerish, just to see if theres anything new), and having dreams about him. Hes really nice, smart, and good looking, but Im too much of a chicken to tell him how I feel. We dont really hang out, and we run in semi-different social circles. I dont know how I should interpret his actions towards me (see last two questions). How do I find out if he likes me in the same way?

...but my brain is slowly going insane with this topic! I'm a Senior in High School, as is the guy I like. The problem is, I don't know if he likes me back. I've caught him showing off around me, staring at me, and listening in to my conversations. He also talks to me every once in a while, asking how I'm doing. One week our schedules for band activities were pretty much identical, so we saw a lot of each other. Another problem, he's generally a nice guy, so I don't know how to "read" him. I really like this guy and I can't get him off of my mind. The main reason I won't do anything about it is because I am pretty much deathly afraid of rejection. What do you guys think? Is he just being himself, or does he really like me. Please help! Like I said, this is driving me insane!

So there is this guy I really like in my class. He's a few months older than me, taller, and very good looking. But I love his personality more than anything. He seems really compassionate and we share a lot of the same beliefs. We also share a lot of interests. Again, I really like him. But I'm unsure if he likes me or not. One week we spent most of our time together because we were in the same extracurricular activities. I have often caught him staring at me. He will keep looking for a split second then look away when I notice. He shows off when he knows I'm paying attention, and he often smiles and says high. I have also caught him listening in to conversations I'm having with other people. I'm getting completely mixed signals from this guy and it's driving me insane!! If I wasn't afraid of rejection I would have asked him out by now. What should I do? Do you think he likes me back?

Last week, i went to the dentist with very little tooth pain saying i suspected a cavity. Come to find out i had 6. I went in two days later for the fillings, and a few were deep. I expected to be a little sensitive on those teeth for the first few days. However, its ben a week and both sides of my mouth are still very sensitive. I cant even eat soft foods without some pain. Two days after the fillings, i noticed dull pain coming from a lower molar. Could they have missed a cavity? Since both sides of my mouth hurt, its difficult to eat. Whats going on? Should i call my dentist? I have more pain with the fillings than i did without. :( btw, they were almalgram (i doubt thats spelled right) fillings, i think. They are more cement gray than silver...

My high school band director and my director from Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp have been very influential, and I want to do the same. I live in Michigan, and do not wish to pay out of state tuition fees. With that in mind, what are the best schools in Michigan for a degree in musical education?
