  • Why is Excel 2007 print preview not matching normal view?

Print preview is not displaying correctly like it is in normal view and page break preview for the "pictures" I've inserted. In normal view and page break preview everything is in its place and looks like it will print all on one page when I print, but it doesn't. When I go into print preview the pictures I've inserted are not in the same places as they are in normal view and page break preview. All the text is in the same place. Its just the pictures that aren't. So I have to move things around in normal view to make them print on one page, but then the normal view looks unorganized. How do I get the pictures I inserted to stay in the same place in print preview like they are in normal view and page break view so everything prints on one page?

  • What do I do when my neighbor won't pay 1/2 to repair the shared fence?

I live in California and bought my house 7 years ago. At that time a shared fence was already separating both our properties. Fast forward to today, after many years of weather wear there is a 16 foot section of fence that needs to be replaced. I've made numerous attempts at contacting the owners to go in on 1/2 the cost but keep getting the run around. The owner keeps having their "middle men" call me and giving me inconsistant answers. The last thing I was told was "She has repair people who will fix the fence, but if I call a contractor I have to pay for the repair myself 100%. Now its a little hard to believe they are willing to pay 100% themselves. According to California Civil Code 841we are both liable. I've Googled the owners and can't find a "home" number to call them directly and their "middle men" won't give me the number either. They just plain refuse to call me back. Its now Dec 21st 2009 and this has been going on since the middle of Nov 2009. So what are my options? I don't feel I should have to pay for a lawyer to get involved since its their legal responsibility to pay half. Any other suggestions?
