I upgraded my nexus 5 from android 4.4.2 to 4.4.3 and 4.4.4 using sideload .is it possible to do the same from android 4.4.4 to 5.0??

like.....he witnesses the execution when he was a child....and speaks wid an old man about roger....

I am 16 nd i about 6 months back i worked out without warm up ......after some time i developed cracking sounds in all my joints ....knee,wrist,neck,shoulder,ankle...evrywhere...

Nd also i hav got dis TMJ about 1 yr back ......i dont know wat to do ...nd i m tensed

went to rheumatologist ....he said nothin to worry ....gave calcium tabs.... Physiotherapist gave sum stretchin exercises to do ....

I m really tensed ...will it result in arthritis or sum thin

or is it sumthin like nerve disorder ....any suggestions....

i am totally new to open solaris.i installed open solaris on partition c {in windows} in which i installed windows 7 earlier. but now i want to remove opensolaris. and install windows 7 but when in the partitionC windows recognizes the partition .but it cannot format it and says it should be formatted to NTFS but i dont knos how to do it ........pllease i am a newbie .please explain it step by step .
