Also, I am confused with a healthy diet, all I hear from these films from school are servings per day, could someone create like a diet plan for me that would satisfy those needs, and also, with this coming from someone who is literally addicted to junk food, could you list some tips for the diet that would involve some really good tasting things, like good healthy salads and fruit smoothies and stuff. Also, could you give me an estimate on how long it would take with such diet (with limited junk food) to get in shape, because I'm the type of person who requires at least estimates of time on most things i do ha ha, and also, could you come up with an exercise plan for me after I am in shape to help me take it further and maybe get like a six-pack and such, but something simple, like a few push ups or what ever a day ha ha.

I am doing the supernote thing (for those who dont know, its just something where you hold a note for as long as you can) and im wondering how i could easily increase my lung capacity or something, like maybe an excersize to do while im practicing, my notes average about 30 seconds with 38.6 being the longest, help me plz!
