I applied at iParty 2 weeks ago when I saw that they were hiring. I've never had a job before but i have volunteered around so I have some work experience. I don't know whether I should call them or just let them contact me. I wanna know if they've had a chance to review my application. Someone once told me that if you keep calling them and they see that you're persistent, they'll hire you. Is this true? Do you think i should call? How do they choose from all the applications they've got? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'm taking the SAT's on May 7th this year and the AP Biology exam just 2 days after that. I'm trying not to freak out, and i know they're 2 different types of tests but the fact that they're so close scares me. I wanna do well on both, but i feel like I have to do better on the SAT's since it counts for more. What's you advice on this? Also, how should I prepare for the AP Biology exam? Any tips on how and is it too late to start now? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Okay I am 16 and I have been getting extremely irregular period for like the past 5 months. I'd get them twice, then extremely late the next month, then twice again.

I first got them when I was 13 so shouldn't it be normal by now, cause i know the average time is like 2 years? Well I am not sexually active and I don't take any pills or any sort of medication, and I am extremely worried! All the questions that were asked here concerning this were about older women who could be pregnant, so it didn't really help me!

I am going to a Sweet 16 in about a month. I am trying to figure out what kind of dress would be appropriate. It's my first Sweet 16 and I wanna make sure I choose right, nothing too fancy, but not too simple either. Anyone got any tips? Also if you could provide some websites for dresses, that would be great. The more, the better. And any experiences anyone has had with Sweet 16s? What to expect, how light or dark to go on makeup, any tips in general, that would be awesome.

I have a Presidents' Project to do for my history class. We picked presidents at random and I got Martin Van Buren. I have background information on him, but my assignment is to find major aspects during his presidency. I can't find anything else besides background information, however, no one seems to know a lot about him. If anyone could help, that would be greatly appreciated. I looked at books, but they didn't help much. All I have so far for a major event is the Panic of 1837 and that he got blamed for ruining the nation's economy. Anything else? Ok I heard this song twice on Kiss 108 but i don't know the artist or the song title. I know it's not that much information given but if I knew at least one or the other, I would be able to find it on my own.

I was at the beach 2 weeks ago and there were some furious waves and as I was trying to get out of the ocean, a big wave pushed me to the shore and my knee snapped and it swelled.

Today, I was walking and I was carrying grocery bags and out of nowhere, I started shaking uncontrollably and fell unable to keep my balance. Do you think this is anything serious? What do you think exactly happened? I mean I know you're not all doctors but I want to know if its something really dangerous before I go visit a doctor. I am 15 and I don't play soccer or anything else that could cause it. The only sport I play is tennis. If you could help, I'd appreciate it. Thanks :)

Ok, so I have had this really old laptop for about 5 years now. (Since 2004) It's a Compaq. And it has been working fine until a couple of weeks ago, it wouldn't let me open anything, except documents or pictures. I couldn't open Mozilla, or even use a calculator. Every single file that I tried to open would say "Program too big to fit in memory" I tried to get a clean up program but after I installed it, it couldn't open and it would say the same thing again "Program too big to fit in memory". The only thing I can open is Internet Explorer, but other than that nothing works. Any ideas on how to fix this? It would be great if you could help. Thanks! :)

Okay so I put my iPod to charge on my computer and just left it there. I completely forgot about it, and a day later I see that it's still being charged. I take out the charger, pressed Menu to open it and nothing happened. It wasn't on hold. I pressed the center button, the play button, everything but the screen just remained blank. This has never happened to my iPod before so I don't know what to do. It's a 4GB Nano. Any ideas? Thanks! :)
