manic panic hair dye(semi-permanent)

I bleached my hair then used manic panic hair dye. It was a blue dye but it turned out more greenish/turquoise on my hair.

When the dye completely fades, will my hair color return to the bleached color or my naturally black hair color?

I bleached my naturally black hair to blonde. The blue dye I applied on turned out more blue-ish/sea foam green color(prob cuz hair was more yellow than blonde).

When the color fades out completely, will it fade back to my bleach/blonde hair color or my naturally black hair color? and if it helps, the dye I used was manic panic brand.

I don't understand why people always ramble on about how damaging it is when you can always trim/cut off the part you bleached hair tips. Is it really that bad even if you can cut your hair off? Will the bleach somehow damage the roots/top part of your hair even if you don't bleach that part? thanks.

For a 18-20yr old(young person) with dry skin.

Is once a week fine? or is that too damaging for face? if not, how often?

I have heard that the max times to use mask is 2times/week before you start to damage your skin by drying it out. But I was wondering; is it fine to use an exfoliator (ie. peeling honey mask), a daily moisterizer mask, and a collagen mask all in 1 week(split by using 1 per alternating day)? or is that too much to use for a week? Because I imagine the daily moisterizer mask wouldn't really be considered using a mask since it's a DAILY mask. If the above 3 masks are too much for 1 week, then is the exfoliator and collagen mask ok to use for a week? or still too much?

At a fast food restaurant, subway. Is it ok to wear black skinny jeans? I don't really want to wear black dress pants since it doesn't look that good.

ie. american eagle, forever21, h&m, urban outfitters, etc.

do they wash the clothes/jackets/coats before putting them on the cloth rack for sale? long time ago, i remember reading/seeing a video about clothes from clothing stores containing feces or something. i'm not sure if they specifically mentioned thrift stores or just any clothing store in particular.
