i need to write an essay and i was hoping for ideas?

I have been working at my very first job for a little over a month. I work in a little snack bar, that is pretentious enough to call itself a restaurant, in the back of a children's play area. My duties are to take the orders at the register, make the food, deliver the food to the tables, and complete a cleaning checklist throughout my job. When someone isn't at their place, I also need to sometimes count tickets and give the prizes. I am by myself, and when it's busy, it can get extremely overwhelming. I feel, for the hard work I put in, I should be paid a little more than minimum wage. I also barely get hours, and now I've been told even those slim hours are being cut in half. The schedule is made only a few days in advance, and the people I work with wouldn't be my first choice. It's gotten to the point where I've finally decided that I'm going to quit.

The problem is that I am one of those people that likes making everyone happy, and I cannot stand when people are mad ay me. I know it is common courtesy to give notice, but I am terrified of giving in my letter of resignation and then having to look at people who are mad at me for quitting. Quitting on the spot would be horrible as well because I'd still have to go in to pick up my final paycheck. I know it's always nice to give notice, but I'm pretty sure I won't be getting a letter of recommendation anyway because these people aren't very friendly.

So, how should I quit??? I need super specifics??? How do I get over my fear of this, because this is something I need to do!!

so, my friend told me today that his mom speaks to spirits. she is in really bad health and he said that the thing that's going on with her is causing it. supposedly, he's going to "inherit" her powers.
