So there's a girl that I really like. We shared a class together last year and became friends. Just friends, nothing big. But we did smile at each other across the room a few tines. But this year we don't share any classes together. But I do occassionally see her in the halls. What can I say or do in these really brief moments?

1 AnswerSingles & Dating9 years agoNervous about school tomorrow. Can anyone help?
I'm working on becoming a transgendered female. I'm 17 years old and over the break I've started hormone treatment. I now look very much like a girl. Now I even have a new name to go by. Tomorrow is my first day of school. I wasn't very close to anyone, but I know a few people will probably be expecting me. Should I tell them or say I'm my own cousin. I know just letting a few people know will complicate a lot of things. And one final thing: Would you like to share anything that will help me be more female? Sorry for all the writing.

2 AnswersLesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender9 years agoWhere can I talk to other lesbians?
I think I'm one. I don't want anything romantic, just someone that I could perhaps talk things through with. Maybe not just lesbians but I suppose bi and gay people could help too.
2 AnswersLesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender9 years agoAt what age do you think it's appropriate to have sex?
I'm 17, almost 18. Most of my friends have already have had sex. They say it's good and that I should have it too, even if its just a hook-up with a guy. I don't know what to think or do.

Lately I've been catching myself trying to look at girls and fantasizing about girls. But I want it to stop! I try to force any ideas out and control where I look everyday now.
I told my best friend about these lesbian thoughts and told me that I should let my mind go and embrace whatever my body wants. She doesn't know that she's usually the one I fantasize about. But I don't want to be a lesbian!

2 AnswersLesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender9 years agoWhat do you think I should do?
Ok so I have been recently been coming to terms with being a lesbian. People told me to stop trying to reject it and to embrace it.
I still haven't told anyone but I have amittingly felt a little better allowing myself to have wondering eyes and letting my fantasies play out in my head and not shutting those out.
The problem is my best friend though. We spend lots of time together since elementry school. (We're 17 and juniors in high school now). And I find her very attractive and I'm having a hard time hiding it and I think she's either getting suspecious or just creeped out. For example, when we went swimming and when she first came out of the changing both I couldn't stop looking at her. And once during a sleepover we woke up with both my arm and leg around her(I've always had to deal with sleep walking and moving in my sleep.) which might have been my subconcious.
Anyway, what do you think I should do?

3 AnswersLesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender9 years agoWhat should I do in this situation?
For about the past month I've began to take more interests in girls; I've caught myself glancing at first and now staring at other girls in class and the locker rooms. I'm even starting to have these strange lesbian dreams.
The thing is my best friend is more often than not the one I'm staring at and dreaming about. And this has caused a couple a akward and weird interactions between us. For example when we're having just a normal conversation I'll get distracted just staring at her or when we change in the locker room. (We're both in my school's swim team.) It's creeped her out a few times but I usually just covered it up by saying I was lost in thought.
I'm only 17 and don't like what's happening to me. Do you think I'm a lesbian and do you think I should tell my friend what's going on with me?
3 AnswersLesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender9 years agoWhat do you think I should do?
Well I'm beginning to think I might be a lesbian. I've been catching myself looking at girls. And I don't think I have even be really attracted to boys; I'm 17.
The worst part is my best friend. I feel really attracted to her. I know it sounds weird but I get really distracted when I look at her and it makes me look really akward when we're talking to each other.
The thing is I don't want to be a lesbian. At first it was just a glance or two but now I'm catching myself staring and even my dreams are being affected. And I've heard that people say you don't have a choice. Do you think it's just a phase or I really am a lesbian? And do you think I should tell my best friend about all this?
3 AnswersLesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender9 years agoHow can I accept myself?
I'm beginning to think that I'm a lesbian. I'm staring at girls and starting to dream about them. And boys aren't attractive. The problem is that I don't want to be a lesbian. It doesn't seem normal and I know I'll be made fun of.
Is there a way to accept myself? Also i'm finding my best friend really attractive. Should I tell about this stuff going on with me?

1 AnswerLesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender9 years agoWould you consider me a lesbian?
I don't think I ever really found boys attractive. And recently I've been catching myself looking at girls. I even had a dream, I don't really want to add details on that, about girls too.
The worst part is with my best friend. I stare at her and think of her the most. Once while we were talking I just stopped really dumb and stared at her eyes. It creeped her out a little and I felt really bad about all of this.
Do you think I'm a lesbian? And should I tell her about the stuff happening to me? I'm 17, and I don't know why but all of thus makes me feel weird; as in not normal. My community isn't really open to topics like this either.
